On stairs no slides for the luggage. In the room was no ventilation/conditioner. Had to open the window but was noisy from the street.

The rooms were spacious and had a little kitchen area with tea cooker and dishes (without oven or stove), which was really nice to have in a hotel room. The staff was really nice and friendly. We had breakfast included, which was really promising. The staff was refilling the buffet constantly, which shows the good service skills. The hotel is located 15 min ride by tram to the city centre, which was very good.

The breakfast was excellent. I faced some challenges with online registration, but the staff was very helpful and assisted me in resolving the issues.

The decor is a bit dated and the room felt a bit tired.

Conveniently located close to the NTC arena, which is the reason for booking. The hotel has on site parking which is chargeable 10eur. Otherwise you will struggle to park due to the residential area. Check-in was simple and quick, the receptionist pleasant. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, coffee machine too. Twin bed room as per the request. Self adjustable heating. Water pressure was ok. The breakfast was unexpectedly nice. Good choice of foods, hot and cold

I think there was something missing from the coffee machine / water heater. It did not affect me but you may want to check.

The bath didn't have a handle and for people with low mobility that might be a problem. The bathroom was not as clean as you would expect it to be.

I could book a room in the hotel last minute. It was overall a good hotel for the price. The breakfast was nice as well.

The blinds in the room were broken, some windows didn't have blinds, but the view is nice and the morning light is soft. The one thing that disappointed was the very low water pressure.

The layout of the room, shoe horn, goodies, arrival was seamless and simple, and the room was very comfortable and nicely designed. Breakfast was decent, a cute buffet, not much to speak of for vegan/vegetarian options, machine coffee and juice from concentrate.

Lack of air conditioning (in one of the rooms) and the fact that they did not use the access barrier at the entry in the private parking lot, which made the parking reservation irrelevant, as the hotel did not manage well the availability of the parking spaces and other people occupied our spot. Hopefully they will start managing this aspect better in the future.

Excellent breakfast, great coffee, tasty and varied food! The rooms were nice, but one of them did not have air conditioning and it was not pleasant due to the heat (we had to sleep with an open window, which did not have a mosquito net... so it was not ideal). The second room (located on the last floor) was excellent though, with a nice view and great air conditioning too!
