I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of Bratislava's Old Town, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to explore all the major attractions on foot.The room was well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, plus friendly hotel staff.

It is a centrally located hotel, right across from the presidential palace in Bratislava. The old town, with the restaurants and cafes is a short walk away. Nice hotel, friendly staff as you would expect from a Crowne Plaza.

Everything is excellent except the air conditioning was not cold, even if I set the temperature to 16 it would still not be cold!

Great location near the Old Town . Excellent facilities . Good outside area well maintained . Efficient staff who were polite and friendly . An extremely comfortable room and well appointed bathroom . Good attention to detail . Everything perfect .

- When i arrived Pavel at the reception took all my data and made a pre-reservation for my journey. After he said that I should return back at 12-00 because the check-in before is not possible. Once I returned back around 12-00 and stayed in a lobby Pavel not only didn`t call me even if he passed 2-3 times in front of me (1 meter) but also forgot about me and that I did booking. After an additional 1 hour of waiting I was ready to go to another hotel, but decided to double-check with Pavel. HE DIDN'T recognize me (With 400 euro already pre-paid) me and said that i` couldn`t make a check-in now and that I should wait an additional 3 hours! WOW! Fortunately, Anna jumped in (probably she noticed that I was quite unhappy) and solved everything. I would like to put this hotel 9\10 starts, but my check-in experience was one of the worst that I have ever had! Except for the STRANGE behavior on the reception, I would like to highlight: - Amazing and clear room. My room was cleaner each day! Very fast and very professional. - In the room you will find everything that you need: iron, Tea, coffee, towels, bathrobe. - Nice GYM on the 1st floor - Also highly recommend you try Thai massage. That was a nice experience. - The position of the hotel is super strategic. Everything is around you. Shops, pubs, restaurants.

Location is superb, its walkable to city center from the hotel. No Issue of Taxi in Bratislava, any time you can book taxi through bolt app. its very cheap in Bratislava. Crown Plaza always provide comfortable stay so 10 out of 10 on this.

The unpleasant surprise was, that the Minibar in the Room was switched off and there was NOTHING inside ... not good :-( I was also told be the Reception staff, that my AMEX Platinum Privileges don't apply if I booked via Booking.com ... which is very strange :-(

The Cigar Lounge is an asset and the staff is very nice there

Absolutely nothing

Besides the fantastic location that allows you to walk pretty much everywhere in the center within a few minutes, the room was spotless clean, bed was very comfortable and the stuff was super professional and friendly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bratislava

The shower pressure could be stronger, and with the unusually high temperatures during my stay, it would've been nice to have been able to lower the AC from the 18°c minimum temperature.

The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was tasty and filling, and the location is excellent. However, the best aspect of my stay was the wonderful staff. From check-in to check-out, everybody I interacted with was cheerful, polite and helpful. One of my best hotel experiences, for sure :)
