We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe breakfast was expensive and disgusting. The staff couldnt speak a word in english. The keycard didnt work and they knew it, altough they didnt tell us and we had to go all the way back. Resort is NOT the right name for a ‚hotel‘ like that. It doesnt reach any european standards at all. Be careful at the parking lot there. The barrier has no sensor and closes with or without your car driving through it. The Restaurant is in an awful condition and is dirty. For children its ok.

SlovakiaCheck in was very slow,one person was checking in 4 guest waiting in the queue despite having 3 staff on the front desk. Apartment wasn’t clean and we can take wild guess that the last inspection of the apartment was last July,looking at the outdated menu on the top of the dinning table.With the hair left uncleaned on the ground and the spider web un-removed -dusted:the apartment experience took us back to the cave ages. Unfortunately an experience we did not paid for.It could have been decent to have at least the pillowcases checked during the pre-arrival inspection. Not sure when this hotel was rated 4* but the reevaluation of the hotel rating is required. Unfortunately where come from this hotel standard hotel doesn’t exceed 2* ratings at its best. It is unfortunate that such a potential hotel is poorly managed. We are not here to judge or comment the management way of operation however from the guest prospective we have paid money with the expectation of the 4* experience but we ended up covering the bed with our own clothes so we can have a rest after long day of activity. Definitely,not the hotel we would recommend until standards are re-strengthen.

South KoreaWe additionally booked an extra bed, it was confirmed that it was set but it wasnt, had to ask reception to bring all the bedding. Soap was missing, no tea/coffee which is expected at 4* hotel. The elevator in building didnt work properly.
Good location however far from any local restaurants,cafes, shops. Hotel restaurant is only open for preordered breakfast&dinner 10€/person. Apartment was spacious and comfortable

Czech RepublicIn room is not staff like - shampoo, towels, fork and spoon. The TV doesnt work. The didnt repair it. The romm was not clean, there was lots of trash. The personal was not very helpfull.
Location of Velka Lomnica is Very good. Its in the midle of High Tatras and Slovensky raj, so its close to everywhere. The registration and booking was easy and girls in receptiona are very nice.

Nice apartement, beautiful view, helpful receptionist- first we got room facing the aquapark, that was playing loud music all day, but the receptionist was very kind to change it and as a plus we got beautiful view of the mountains.
