Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaNo one told you that the card is not active after 10 (checkout time). We checked out at 10:05 and the elevator wasn’t working anymore, no door was opening anymore, no nothing. The card should work for the elevator and doors for at least 15 more minutes. 30 optimum from my perspective.
It is in a nice neighborhood, it has parking and everything you need and it is a good value for the service.

UkraineJust in a 1 minute after 10:00 (checkout time) you can't use elevator, you can't get underground parking etc. Could you add at least 15-30 minutes more for people just to move out car? It is not blocking personal to clean rooms, new people will check-in only after 14:00.

AustriaCheck-out was scheduled for 10 o'clock, but just 5 minutes after that, the cleaning staff entered the room without any prior knock, despite the designated check-out time having passed. While it's still possible to manage the situation or address concerns with a phone call, the brevity of the breakfast window from 7:30 to 8:30 posed a challenge, especially during our stay over the New Year when reaching it within such a short timeframe proved difficult.
The room was satisfactory, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly with good English skills. The hotel offers complimentary enclosed parking, and its prime location at the city entrance provides easy access to both the city center and an available Uber service, typically costing around 6-7 euros for a drop-off in the old town.

SloveniaDirty bad sheets and pillows( they were washed but had unremovable stains). Reception is only open from 14:00 to 00:00. So if you come before you can’t leave the luggage there and also you can’t enter the hotel without room card so before check in you can’t go in.
It has free parking, good location near center and has a bus stop near. It also has very nice room for low price. Hotel is perfect for short trips.

The hotel is a walking distance from the old town, you can walk or take bus 88 which is cheap and is only two stops away from the centre. The room was clean, quiet no noise from traffic. The towels were changed daily, and hot water was available throughout the day. The staff were helpful and nice.

The room that they provided us was big! It has 2 huge beds which my friend and I enjoyed since we were exhausted from the whole day of touring around Bratislava. The bathroom was spacious as well.

SlovakiaShower leaks onto floor and there was evidence of mold. Cleaning with bleach should fix that! Rusty handsoap dispenser looks dirty even though just rusty. Replace it. Leave more than one roll of toilet paper. 7 Euros for two cups of lukewarm Ameicano coffee in 68 Euros room is ,"highway robbery!". Coffee is part of hotel culture and should not be extra charge...certainly not 10% of overnight price!

LuxembourgThere was not always somebody at reception. So we missed the breakfast after the first night. With the help of google we found penzion Berg, for a very good breakfast. We went there twice.
Nice big room. Clean. Reception was good, because we arrived when somebody was there. Parking in the garage without extra pay. Not too far from busstop to go to the city centre.

Czech RepublicThe breakfast starts at 7.30. I brought my own soluable coffee and asked at 7.27 whether I could use their hot water to prepare it I was told to come back at 7.30 and after I left, they locked the door behind me. I think this expresses the consumer friendliness of the place.
The location is good, the area is quiet, but one gets downtown really quickly. It is also very close to the Austrian border and to the train station with trains going to Vienna. Parking is much easier than downtown. Also, they alow dogs.

PolandThe room we were checked into was not prepared, but then we got a clean one (and got an upgrade). Breakfast was available only after ordering it a day before and we were not informed about it. We could have a coffee in the morning, but pay cash only. The ventilator in the bathroom could use some cleaning - dust bunnies were fully covering it.
Good place for staying in Bratislava: garage available, great location in a quiet area, convenient access to the Old Town by public transport.
