The family are the nicest, so welcoming and charming. I really loved them and they were a big part of my experience there. The views are amazing, the family goats are amazing, just amazing everything.

The cozy rental apartment met all our expectations and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The charming ambiance, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful view made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in the heart of Austria's stunning countryside. We were very happy that our dog was also welcome.

Nothing to complain about. However, please be mindful that the property is on the top of a hill and there are no restaurants within close proximity. There is a SPAR supermarket within reasonable driving distance.

Spotlessly clean apartment! Rooms were spacious, had all the amenities and was very well decorated. View from the apartment was stunning. This is in fact a farm house which is run by a family. Kids can have interaction with goats and hens of the farmhouse. Apart from this, there is a trampoline and hammock where kids can have fun. Our host Annemarie and her daughter were very friendly and made our stay memorable. Will definitely recommend if you intent to have a peaceful surroundings during your stay.

We had the whole upper ground, but no doors to lock only small gate. The people were really pleasent and we felt secure but in some other countries, no way that we would go to sleep not being able to lock the front door.

The house is easy to get to, well marked from the road; spatious, clean and well equipped appartment. Above all, peace, bell of the goats, small lake, playground for children and awesome view over the Attersee lake - absolutely amazing. And the host-nice, pleasent and helpful. Great place to get to know the rural Austria and excellent place to stay if you want to visit Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Salzburg, see Wolfgangsee, Monsee, Halstat etc.

I can't think of anything I don't like. I chose the location and the accommodation type on purpose, so I wasn't disappointed at all. The absence of catering services was not a problem. You need to count on buying food at a distance of approx. 10-15 minutes by car in a supermarket. Restaurants are also not nearby. It would help if you considered this when planning your stay or trip.

Fantastic view from a balcony and garden. Location of the bio-farm with goats is almost in a forest, the last house of the village. The owner is very pleasant, kind, and friendly. Since no food is served, the apartment kitchen is well-equipped.

Absolutely nothing missing or to complain about

I stayed at the Biohof Schwanser with my husband and my parents and would absolutely recommend it! It was a fantastic vacation. We had a large two bedroom apartment. Everything was very clean, comfortable and the host Anne-Marie is just the best! Super welcoming and sweet, making sure that you have the best possible experience at Attersee. Absolutely stunning view out of the balcony overlooking the lake & mountains. Also fun to check out the farm with all the animals - goats, donkeys, cats, dog. We will definitely come back! :)

Really cozy appartment extremely clean and with a very well equiped kitchen. Beautiful quiet area with breathtaking views. We had a great time and the people was really nice and friendly. Being an small place with a small number of rooms you can expect a relaxed and quiet pleasant experience.
