There were tourist with me where we all agree the music was too low , then to be a beach place it have to be a party environment to dance, drink and have fun.

We loved salt water pools they do need cleaning stairs to get into pools they are slippery and unsafe No phones in rooms, after 5:00 pm no service in bar near pool if you need ice need to walk all the way to Pelícano restaurant where the offer is a plastic cup with a little ice for you to take to your room. If you want to reserve tiki hut you need to go early to desk as they receive visitors that come for day, this has additional cost for guests staying hotel. Breakfast is included and acceptable with many choices specially Salvadorean food included in room charge. No room service of any kind. Service tiki huts good serving drinks and food till 5:00 pm for additional charge Air conditioning our room working well very important in hot humid weather

I don't like that prices are going up every time you come here . You used to get a cabana included with your room if you decided to spend the night they .changed it, you have to pay an extra 15.00 dollar to get the cabana, which is decent now they changed that again and it is 27 i understand if you are in high pick but there was barely anyone there on a Wednesday. In addition our restroom wasn't working properly so they offered us to use the one next door from a different room and that one had some leaking issues overall it wasn't an overwhelming situation because we stayed one night. The only reason I keep coming back is because I pretty much grew up in that place when it was still a private club, and I know everyone there. Food is. Very good and customer service

My wife didn’t like was that they didn’t have a hair blow dry, and clothes iron, and the room were simple, but cozy

The room was simple, there were no lamps and with no refrigerator which made it challenging with a toddler. We essentially had to go to sleep when he went to sleep.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Views were amazing, and food was good (except for one lobster soup that was a little burned out). There are 2 beaches nearby and we loved how easy it was to get in and out. The showers outside were super useful, and they let us stay all day in our last day (we had a midnight flight). Even though our room was super simple, we would definitely stay here if we come back.

It felt like a cheap motel in a very good location. Out "garden view" was facing a dusty parking lot and right under our window was a trash deposit. We could not even open the blinds

The cabañas or chalet should be free of charge! But if a guest wants to get on the hammock that are on the cabañas or chalet’s they have to pay additional charge 🙁

The place is a hidden gem!! Beautiful, fantastic staff! It have a great view of the pacific coast and spectacular sunset!!!!!

Staff Service was sub par. Very slow, non attentive. Never checked back to see if we needed anything additional. They served my piña colada in a water glass. Very unattractive. It was like getting a glass of wine in a water glass. Took a long time to get the bill. Once the food order is placed the service stopped there, as tip is already included. Would be nice to have activities available. Surfing class was canceled.
