In the room not much furniture, not much space to put the things you need

Peopel are nice and helpful, There is koffie in the morning. There are tabel and chairs in the lobby to zit. Very nice decoration.

Find parking for the hotel was beyond confusing to there point where it became a little frustrating attempting to locate it.

Value was great as well as the decor of the entire hotel which made me feel that as it it was a mini mansion turned into a hotel.

Even though I booked a basic room, it was very basic. Cramped, the bathroom was too small to dry oneself. No where to hang things.

Besides the street vendors there was only one “restaurant” next door. Vendors shut down around 7 pm and restaurant at 7:30. No real stores around.

The location is walking distance to the historic centre. Friendly staff available to give info about sights and buses.

Staff is really nice and helpful and the hotel Is just a few blocks walking from the Metropolitan cathedral and city center. No food or drinks are served though there's a comedor just next door, serving breakfast too. It's a simple and nice structure.

bizarre organization of rooms so that it sounds like your neighbor is inside your room. you can even hear neighbors sheets moving and whispering, the acoustics are THAT BAD. The problem arose from a small shelf in my room which was separated from the neighbors room by a thin wall, and was actually located mostly inside the neighbors room. imagine an acoustic speaker directing all sound waves into a point inside your room. showers only have cold water

UberEats doesn't deliver here but that's not the hotel's fault.

Returned here for wifi. Staff is kind, gracious, very helpful. Many restaurants, shops and a store within just a few blocks with vendors around the corner.

Instead of curtains, maybe they could invest on roller blinds to give their guests more privacy.

Friendly staff. Quiet area. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was decent. The room has fans. Clean bathroom and toilet. They have free coffee (not the best) but could use a creamer for those who don't drink it black.

When leaving I needed to go to the Terminale Oriente but they told the taxi to go to the new bus terminal (I think they were trying to be helpful as most buses now leave there). The driver wouldn't listen to me and insisted on taking me where I didn't want to go and I ended up having to pay much more money than my actual destination would have cost. So maybe avoid their driver

I highly recommend staying at this property. Prior to my arrival I communicated with the property numerous times pertaining to airport pickup and transfer to the hotel, scheduling my covid test, etc. The property responded quickly and helped me with all my pre-travel needs. The hotel is beautiful. There are antiques and plants found around the property. My room was a nice size, the bed comfortable, and the room was very clean. I would stay at this hotel again!

It could get a bit noisy early in the morning. Earplugs might be a good idea.

Conveniently situated near to many bus stops, this hotel is easy to reach the historical centre and many other sights. The staff are very friendly and check in was fast and easy. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. My room was well appointed and comfortable with a good bathroom.. I have stayed here several times and would stay again.

Our room was very hot, and the only way to cool down was to open the window that opened up into the lobby so was loud when people are coming in and out of hotel.

Nice clean hotel, staff very welcoming and helpful. Good location, didn't feel unsafe, but wouldnt go out at night.
