We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CuraçaoVery bad wifi ik the rooms, could not the Netflix setup and the on property restaurant was limtes on some nights. Bit outdated as well even though it was well maintained.
It was clean, the rooms were a good size and had an almost full kitchen (appliances incl. Fridge). Nice sized pool and some daily activities. Also plenty of grill possibilities

United KingdomThe noisy courtyard, the restaurant ran out of food the night we arrived, and not being picked up from the airport as pre-arranged and being charged twice for the room which was sorted at check-out.
The location of the hotel was good and popular with guests. The bar by the beach is a short walk away and is the best part of this establishment - friendly staff, good food and drinks and fantastic view and access to the beautiful beach.

FranceI could not use my computer because of american plugs so need adaptors but not provide by the reception and not available at the shop ! For French people to be careful with 4G it is better to switch off or to put manually a partner operator otherwise bad surprises ! We spent with my wife 120 euro in 10 minutes first day.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe main restaurant was sub par over priced staff was rude the hostess was holding tables for time share owners, or people considered to be VIP. Even though we made our reservations a month in advance they gave us a very hard time about seating outdoors made us eat in doors and never seated anyone in the beautiful outdoor ocean view tables. Not to mention a 15% Hotel service charge on the bill for using the Restaurant which was not in Lou of leaving a tip so I put another 20% on top for the tip when we asked about 15% they said that was only giving to staff once a month that management took that money.
View, Location, staff, live events daily. The resort and rooms were very clean and very pretty rooms Had either beautiful ocean room or beautiful bay room view.

United StatesInfinity restaurant. Horrible food, hostess was not accommodating, and we had a reservation. It was expensive and definitely not worth it. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that were excellent. Highly recommend Big Fish, and you can walk to it. The room was very small, but the view was amazing.

United StatesThe beach is nice and quiet but some seaweed washed up and wind this time of year. It’s a time share also so they do try and get you to sit through a sales pitch. However they offer good perks if you attend like a free rental car.
Close to main roads and quieter setting. Easy to get to French side. Rental cars available onsite which was convenient although probably more expensive than the airport. Clean and quiet, comfortable rooms.

United StatesWe did not eat dinner there because the food for breakfast and lunch was always room temp instead of hot, whether buffet or ordering from menu. The service was extremely slow. It took 45 min to get 2 nonalcoholic drinks and one sandwich at the pool, after ordering. Unexcuseable!
Everything except the food and serving time. The bartender, Edith should be recognized 5 times over for how fast she delivers, her amazing ability to multi task, especially at happy hour. She is AMAZING!

United StatesWe paid for breakfast. Very poor service. Had to ask for coffee, then cream, then more coffee. It took an hour to receive our food, after multiple requests. The food was not warm. The front desk overcharged us on arrival and again at checkout. It took multiple trips to front desk to remedy the situation. In general, the staff was very pleasant and cheerful. The servers at breakfast were terrible.

GuadeloupeThe poor service we had at breakfast during our stay. The first day we waited for nearly two hours to get our breakfast and there were stuff missing to our orders and we were charged the full price of the breakfast. The second day the order came with everything that were missing from the day before but we had to wait for a hour again. The kitchen and service is very very slow and that’s a big negative for the hotel in case you have an early morning check out or flight to catch and wish to eat breakfast before leaving with that long wait. Hopefully they look into to this !!!
