I was not fond of the breakfast buffet. I only had breakfast 3 days of our trip. My partner ate every day and said it was ok. I would have preferred to order from a menu.

I wrote a separate review but forgot to mention one very good feature of this hotel:there were always taxis available.That is not the case at some other hotels on the island.

I stayed for 19 nights in total( 3 sequential reservations7+7+5=19)) and wifi worked well maybe 3-4 days at most . I even bought the upgraded wifi pass ($35.00 for one week) and the signal was so poor or non existent that I had to go to cafes or restaurants to go online. I tried breakfast one morning and found few,if any,healthy options. Plus all the food was displayed outdoors-in the heat and humidity.The coffee shop was nice enough to make me a soy latte each morning(I supplied the soy milk).

Bland,generic 800 -room property. Several hotel staff members were cheerful(especially at the coffee shop,near the check in counter) but most were indifferent.Not impolite-they just seemed to not care about their jobs or the hotel guests. Great beds,large rooms,good kitchens.Nothing shabby whatsoever. The pool area was attractive.Room was quiet,but for the planes that start promptly at 7a.m. -but that's not the hotel's fault. The beach in front of the hotel was swimmable,and free chairs and umbrellas were always available-but it's probably the ugliest beach on the island.

The A/C not keeping up for the 2 nights. Temp in room was 76 degrees to hot for me!

Marina building room with view of Ocean was awesome! Only complaint was that 2 of the nights my A/C was not cooling the room adequately. They came the next day to add freon and it was fixed. The pools are beautiful and the location is fantastic!

I had thought that our room had a balcony but it didnt. The room was bigger than I expected and that superceded not having a balcny. We had a nice view of the water.

The pools were awesome and the beach was magnificent.

The property is brilliantly managed. This is our 12th stay there in 20 years and it keeps getting better, We love the resort shuttle service and the restaurants on the property have also improved. Response to problems are handled quickly by the maintenance crew; nonfunctioning hairdryer and leaking A/C unit. The beach & pools are clean and well maintained and all the staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful. It's the best property on the island in my estimation...

The property was great! The location is right on the water and the resort has many amenities and restaurants to choose from even a grocery store so that you can buy your own food and supplies if you don’t want to eat out. I got a massage at the spa which was very relaxing. The only thing is that the fold out bed was in the middle of the dining area and it was hard to move the table and chairs to fold the bed out so we used the sofa for the second bed. Other than that the place worked very well for us and we will definitely be back

The staff was a bit disorganised during check-in and check-out so there was some waiting time with ques forming up.

A big resort hotel with buildings spread out over a relatively big area. Pool areas, access to sea and a number of restaurants and bars. We had a very spacious room/suit. Well-equipped and very clean.

Just the circumstances that took us to the resort.

We were very happy with a room for the night after our flight was cancelled due to mechanical problems on 30 Nov. It was a short taxi drive to the resort from the airport. The staff at the breakfast buffet provided excellent service and allowed us to sit in their area to enjoy the scenery before we returned to the airport.

Not enough housekeeping service. Room should be clean every 24 hours especially if you are staying more than 1 night with family.

Spacious bedroom with nice closet, living room comfortable, beautiful view from balcony, great kitchen with necessary appliances, clean bathroom. Restaurants and entertainment nearby.
