Rooms are spacious with big bed, wardrobe, bed sides, table and chairs, fridge and kettle. Toilet is good too. Good quality of mattress. WiFi worked too.
The location is good and you are at the end/beg of Karon Beach, however Kata offers lots of bars, restaurants and a lovely night food market (very recommended).
