Only two down sides but doesn't spoil your stay the room could do with tea and coffee facilities with a kettle. And the parking if you have a vehicle is very limited.

Pillows really big and tall, no low option. Air conditioner without quiet mode functional, so it cannot be used at night, and it blows directly towards the bed, no way to redirect air properly, so we had to switch it on and off manually to avoid the room from getting too hot or too cold. Some issues with plumbing and electrical switches, outlet under Tv not working, toilet with some water leaks, room needs some maintenance and refresh. Internet was quite slow especially in the afternoon.

500 baht deposit needed (I had no problem with) but didn’t specify on booking page prior to reservation. Bed frame was weird and could be a hazard if getting up late at night to use bathroom, no hot water. All manageable though.

One night there was some noise from a nearby bar coming into our room but it didn't last all night. Shower didn't really get warm even in the hottest setting, but overall nothing too bad.

Cute hotel near bus station and a big shopping mall, friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out. Very convenient place.

The wood surrounding the bed is awkward when trying to sit on the bed or get up in the middle of the night, you can’t walk around room and there is hardly any space to put an open suitcase. That said, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money. Great location, 250m walk from bus station and central plaza, very helpful staff, can organise airport drop off, elevator, quiet room, comfortable bed and pillow, good shower.

I was there at early at 1230pm. Early check in would cost 50% of the hotel price. So I waited. At exactly 2pm I was told I can now check in. Too rigid. The bed design is odd, difficult to get in and out.

The room did appear a little older as I noticed some paint chipping from walls. Could have used a touch up on paint. Also parking is a bit scarce as you can either park on the street (if there's room) or in 2 parking slots designated for guests along the back of the hotel.

I liked that the deluxe family room we stayed in was larger than expected and our kids slept in one room and my wife and I in the other. The beds were also comfortable. I also liked that the hotel was within walking distance (~3-4 min) to the Central Mall in Udon. The hotel was also very affordable given the larger room we stayed in

The bed had a large skirting around the outside of the bed that made climbing in and out a pain and with all the lights off a bit of a hazard. Mattress was fine though. The rooms sofa needs to be replaced entirely.

Small hotel, with some limited offstreet parking, close to everything we needed to be close to and the ubiquitous 7/11 a hundred meters or so from the front door. Check in staff were lovely, cleaning guy even more so. Rooms were clean. Eclectic decorations not to my taste but interesting choices to be sure :)
