We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeNothing really! I didn't stay long enough to find any bad things. But maybe i would say, it has a bit of a dated design, so things feels a bit older or worn out. But still that doesn't really take away the good experience.
We arrived late, around midnight 1am and the staffs were still there to help us with our luggage and other stuff. Even carried them to our rooms too at that time. As many others had stated, their breakfast was very good, we went back for 2nds many time. Location is also very central, it is right smack in the middle of Nakhon Sawan. Wifi is also very strong and stable. If you self drive, they have plenty of parking spaces, and the concierge will always get you a lot even if it's full. Toilet is clean and large and well designed. No wasted spaces. And for the price, it is extremely worth it.

ThailandThere was a problem about the key-card / door knob. The staff are slow and little response for the problem, mechanic guy kept saying only about the battery which is not, eventually. Fortunately, we decided to change the room at the moment. If not, we would have waited over 30 mins just to let ourselves in the room.
