The reception staff were always rude and unhelpful. The reception is meant to be open until 8pm but at 7:30 they had left and we needed help with an issue. We received better help from the hotel next door who made two calls for us. Also some of the sun loungers are broken and could do with being replaced. And we would’ve appreciated a mosquito net because there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The location and the pool are great. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were well cleaned every day. We received free bottled water each day. The restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful. The food, ice cream and cocktails were all delicious.

We absolutely loved the beach that is right outside this resort, the restaurant was delicious and well priced and the smoothies were very good. There are also hotel guest only loungers on the beach to lay out in the sun. The staff were also very lovely.

We visited other beaches on the island but this one was cleanest and nicest of all! Accommodation was also clean, neat so we extended our stay twice and stayed only here while on Koh Samui. Great massages from hotel therapists. We could definitely come back.

Great location, very quiet, surrounded by green, private beach and sun beds always available. Stuff is friendly and helpful. There is a motorbike rental services at the hotel which is super convenient. Also perfect mornings with sea view apartments, highly recommend it!

Everything was exceptional.

We are traveligh through Thailand and I must say 4U resort was the best experience we ever had. We booked it very spontaneously in a few minutes because we loved the pool with a sea view, and the price-performance ratio was top! I recommend paying a little extra for a sea view room, which is one of the highlights of this trip. But the best thing about this place is the people. In 10 days, we made friends here, whether it was with the waiters, masseuses, or other guests. The beach was also perfect, honestly the best we found on Koh samui, it was also very quite and calm with just a few people. At last but not least, it was a very pleasant place to work. A big THANK YOU. We’re moving on, but it certainly won’t be the last time here.

Only thing we would raise is only around 5-6 sunbeds on the pool deck and they get taken all day by the guests in the ocean view rooms- could perhaps add some more for guests who don’t wish to be on the beach everyday.

We had a great stay at 4U Resort- access to Lamai beach and lots of Sunbeds for Hotel guests to use. The restaurant serves good food and is priced reasonably.

Hotel right on the beach,during our stay the waves were pretty strong. Since its at the end pf the beach,location is nice and quiet,hidden from the crowds. Nice walk on the beach,a minute to walk to the viewpoint and towards the other side endless walk through the Lamai beach with more facilities. Few local eateries on the street or longer walk to Lamai with all the buzz.

The resort is a bit south of Lamai center about a 10 to 15 min walk along the beach. There are some good nearby restaurants so not a big deal for us.

The staff is sweet. Beachfront with easy access and near grandpa and grandma rocks.

Metal Sun loungers and 37 degrees don’t mix well 🙈 More choice on the breakfast menu. Maybe restaurant could stay open beyond 9pm or at least while guests are still there.

Location, right on the beach 👌. Amazing staff. Very clean room, towels changed daily. Lovely beach to stroll along. Plenty of choice for different restaurants along the beach too.

Great location with a short walk to the Lamai strip where there are loads of bars and restaurants. You can also access this by walking along the beach. Great to be right on the beach
