Location is perfect close to all the action but quiet in the rooms. Tv is an issue not many western style shows. Need NETFIX or similar. Staff were excellent behind the front desk. As were the bar staff. Will definitely be back

The bathroom smelt badly. The shower pressure was bad. There wasn’t always hot water, it ran out after 5mins of shower. I had a jacuzzi tub in my room, it didn’t work. It also took me about 50mins to check into my room. There was only one staff at the desk dealing wiring a group of customers ahead of me. I disliked this very much as I had just flown for nearly 2hrs and the journey from the airport to the property was close to 90mins.

The proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. I also loved that the rooms had microwaves and a mini kitchen. The pool side was lovely but the jacuzzi didn’t work unfortunately.

They happened to be doing renovations during our stay which didn’t help our holiday vibe. The pool was adequate but definitely a bit small along with the pool area

The location is amazingly great, right in the middle of Bangla Road and the room was very spacious, but we did have a junior suite and then the executive suite.

The couch that makes into a bed was folding out while sitting on it. That was annoying while trying to relax on the couch while watching the television. I’m sure it could be repaired with some replacement part installed.

The room size was huge. It was the largest square foot size I have ever seen in Thailand. The kitchen was fantastic for making the morning breakfast. The jacuzzi on the back porch was incredible. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of amenities you get for the price. The location was right off Bangla Road and near the central mall. What an incredible stay. I will definitely choose this hotel in the future. I will bring other family members here next year to vacation with me…

Zero view - you’re looking at a wall or the back side of a restaurant. Furniture and fixtures a little dated but ok. Very few outlets for charging phones etc. Bathroom light switch didn’t work so could not turn off bathroom’s light but they fixed it quickly.

Great location, close to restaurants and nightlife. Only a little noisy from the rooftop restaurant. Had all the amenities. Jacuzzi worked well.

Being off Bangla Road, car access in the evenings is not possible. This was not an issue for us, but might be for some.

The location was great if you want to be in the centre of Bangla road action. The roof top pool was great. The food at the restaurant/ bar was above my expectations.

The bed was too hard for my liking, There was a fire in the lower level room (not associated with Absolute Bangla Suits) and we had to be relocated, although in saying this the General manager and the staff were fantastic and relocated me to a near by resort.

Location is great, No noise from Bangla rd, the pool was good, although the spa jets don’t work. The staff are great and very helpful. The room was great, the size was amazing.

The wifi was patchy but to their credit they did try and fix it.

The rooms are great, the pool and bar are very good and even though it is close to Soi Bangla you seldom heard any street noise. Mim and her team were always very helpful. The food I had in the restaurant was excellent although I didn't try the breakfast.
