Restaurant only ever had one person working in it but generally it’s not busy so it’s not terrible.

Good location near public transport with decent comfortable rooms. We stayed twice at the start and end of the trip and enjoyed our time there.

The living room was much smaller than the images suggest. The inbuilt bidet makes the toilet really high and unnatural to use.

The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus. The bedroom was large and very light.

just a short niggle: our room this time had a step down from the kitchen/bathroom area, and we feared we might stumble walking from one area to the next. But just a minor niggle.

perfect location just off Sukhumvit near Phrom Phong station, so everything within reach even though in a quiet cul de sac. As always (this was our fifth visit) the staff were unfailingly cheerful and helpful. We will come again.

Big clean room with good location. Not too far from the sky train station, but still far enough from the big road. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast had all that you need.

Bathtub a little bit too high and very slippery. Almost no pressure from the shower and no hot water after 5 minutes. The wall was very thin (door communication with neighbor) and we could hear everything).

Toilet facility in the room was way too advanced, all remote operated water controls. Wish there was a simple water spray solution applied. Having said that, toilets by the swimming pool and lobby were as per the standard and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is quite inaccessible. This is compensated by shuttle services.

The staff are very polite and helpful. They even offer shuttle services to drive my family to the main street and from the main street to the hotel whenever I need it.

The bed is a bit too hard for my liking and I understand it is common in Thailand.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was also very fast e.g. we had an issue with the wifi after 9 pm and the technician was quick to our room to fix it. As we stayed for 7 nights, the spacious room is a big plus. Well located - about 10 minutes walk to Emquartier, the main shopping center in that area.

- The rooms were TINY. We were in a ‘suite’ and it was very cramped. Expensive for what you get. - The AC wasn’t the best in the bedroom - I thought it was going to be this grand looking place. When we arrived it just had the feeling of a serviced apartment building.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. Maybe if you include the spacious bathroom you have the 40m2 that they claimed it would have. The choice of the food at the breakfast buffet is a bit limited. What is really missing is Thai noodle soup.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The room (Deluxe Suite) was ok and clean. Beds are comfortable if you like a bit harder mattresses. The seating area definitely is a plus after a a day of sightseeing and/or shopping. the pool is clean and big enough to really swim. The location is convenient. It is quiet in a cul-de-sac. A 5 min walk away from the nearest BTS station and shopping malls.

hotel up to expectations - had booked these two rooms for our family, with linking door, and they were thrilled. Also thrilled with the facilities - pool and gym. And loved the restaurant breakfasts with a chef cooking their eggs to order.

It makes me sad because since our last visit the rooms degraded a lot. It is not as clean as it was and the new renovations that happened since our last stay (4 years ago) killed the atmosphere in the room that we liked so much much before. The wooden floor was replaced by a cheap plastic one, the couch looks like a train couch now, etc, etc. So many classes down now! And the cleanness is way way down.

It was my favorite hotel in Bangkok that we were staying for the last 10 years. I love the location in Sukhumvit close the Emporium, sky train and that the hotel is on a dead end street so it is quite quiet. The staff is amazing. The receptionist went above and beyond to meet our needs and accommodate our desires. The bellboys are also extremely helpful and with great manners.
