Some areas of the room require refurbishment, especially the mini kitchen area and please provide more utensils and cooking pans since there’s a cooktop available in the room. Please also include real milk in the fridge rather than a milk powder

The bathroom was a bit old and worn, but I thought the hotel was good value for money.

An excellent value hotel in a good location, near a BTS station with a free shuttle service. The rooms are functional but fine for what we needed and a good size.

Shower was one of those climb in the bath jobs. Don't really like them in hotels prefer walk-ins.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok. Quiet area but lively areas seven minutes walk away. Great rooms, great value and fast check in. Stayed here so many times now. Staff very helpful too.

Should put table and chairs on the balcony as standard. I always have to request a chair!

My 3rd time staying here. I always like it because it's clean and comfortable and good value. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Washing machine provided and drying rack, which is nice to have.

Check in was supposed to be at 2:00PM but the room was not ready when my family arrived. They were made to wait for over an hour and they weren't even offered a complementary drink, snacks or anything else for waiting around. Disappointed, especially when they had been travelling on a plane from Australia for the past 12 hours.

Booking made for my family who were very happy with the room and the facilities. My 10 year old daughter loved the swimming pool.

The balcony was dirty with pidgeon poop on the railing .And a bit dusty. But a small detail. Some furniture a bit dated.

The room was big and very clean.Bonus washing machine.Excellent view. Location a short 5-10 minute walk to BTS and terminal 21 so good. Will definitely come again. Excellent walk in shower. Staff amazing and very helpful.

The TV in the the bed room offered a limited channel and it was not working properly. The problem could not be fixed. There were no CNN or international channels to watch news. The hotel was a 20-minute walk from the train station,and it was expensive to take a cab each day. The complimentary toktok service offered by the hotel was one way from the hotel to the station. The escalator needed to be fixed as it was getting stuck, which was quite frightening, and the breakfast was average as the hot food selection didn't offer much variety.

The room was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 3. The room facilities were good and it came with a washing machine and a kitchen. The hotel organised an extra bed for my daughter and they didn't charge us which was very nice of them. There was a 7-Eleven and a selection of good restaurants close by.

In the night it was a bit creepy with weird sounds from ventilation system and flashing lights inside a wardrobe 🥴 swimming pool is small with construction of another building right on top of it, it felt like something can fall down from there. Gym is pathetic and impossible to use, tiny room with broken equipment and non-working AC.

Good location, 24 hours reception, we were able to extend our stay with no problem. Room is quite comfortable and the staff is super nice.

Room is large and comfortable. They have self laundry service which is good to me. Though the hotel is a bit far from BTS, it is quiet with no motorbike noise at night. I will stay here for the next trip.

I didn’t really like the area but that’s just personal preference, 7 Eleven close by and lots of bars and restaurants

The rooftop pool was lovely and the staff were very helpful! They even let us leave out 30kg suitcases in their baggage storage until we come back from our travels, staying there again in a few weeks!

The mattress wasn't very comfortable - too hard. Getting in and out of the shower/bath might be a pain if you're over 60.

Nice rooftop pool. Very close to Soi Cowboy. No questions asked if you bring visitors back.
