We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a small and cosy hotel. Staff friendly and smiling. Room was okay. I've got more than I expected for 700 bath a night. The selection at the breakfast buffet wasn't that big. BUT the food who was there was really nice.

Belgiumessential to have own transport. Resterant was not reliable, with no warning providing restricted services. Other eating choices are within walking distance, however it requires passing through quiet streets which have quite aggressive dogs roaming freely. my partner had to be helped by nearby persons after being confronted by aggressive dogs together with her young son. If the Resterant is closed, suggest to order in food via grab etc. Very little english spoken by staff. Most guests seem to be travelling sales persons with their own car. If the safety concerning dogs with the nearby roads could be addressed then it would have a more positive review

ThailandI've stayed at the Landmark a few times but obviously management don't bother with feedback. The beds are HARD (4 out of 10), heavy footsteps, banging and crashing on the upper floor goes on well after midnight so sleep is difficult, even the aircon is noisy, no lift which makes taking a large suitcase to your room a perilous task for the les nimble. The common problem of only cold water in the basin is always upsetting for those who have to shave. Street directions are mostly in Thai - and small - so foreigners may feel the hotel is not aimed at them. Maybe a tad expensive for what you get.
The breakfast is a definite plus. So is the cleanliness. There's a "family' atmosphere which is pleasant, and an on-site restaurant produces good, ample dishes at remarkable fair prices. Some interesting antiques to catch the eye

United StatesWhen I was looking at very reasonably priced hotels I did not expect to get the super high-quality, large room, brand new everything, comfortable bed, immaculate sheets and great experience that I did. They even had free breakfast that was awesome. You will love it.
