The staff were amazing, very friendly. We had a club room so nice city view and very comfortable stay. Train station is close by so it’s easy to get around

I just want to say maybe they could improve a bit the thing when checkin in, coz we waited an hour to get (2pm onwards) in even if we had a complimentary early check in. We were so tired but getting the room ready takes so much time. And also the bed is so tough, it was big but tough. I like everything, there are some issues but i'd still enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much.

I like how huge the room was same as the description when you're booking. The city is too hot and being able to enjoy the Ac in the room it was excellent, i loved it! There's a lot of freebies too, esp the Club lounge we enjoyed it. The location it's not far from the main city, i mean the shopping centre and also it was a quiet and clean sorroundings. Traffic is enevitable but i don't mind. Breakfast is superb! Staffs were really nice esp at the Club lounge ladies. Thanks to them. I'll come back for sure!

Nothing I can think of for now after my trip to Bangkok for this hotel.

Location wise, much acceptable cos its just within 100m or so from Lumphini MRT station. From the station, you can basically go anywhere in Bangkok, some place might need to switch lines or switch to BTS but its very convenient and easy to do so. There is also a small morning market nearby, where you can get variety of local breakfasts and snacks and also there is TWO 7 Elevens within walking distance. A bank is nearby too, and ATM machine outside local store. All within maybe 100-300m walking distance. Opposite there is upcoming ONE BANGKOK Mall, where you can access easily by going to Lumphini MRT station and just go across using the tunnel provided. Overall, good value for what you spend.

Nice, clean and elegant rooms, king size bed (which is hard to get in Bangkok), good view from the room, good food, friendly staff specially both the Concierge Desk guys who were extremely helpful in suggesting local trips, booking cabs etc.

One of my favourite hotels. Staff friendly, great position next to MRT. Excellent buffet and comfortable bedroom. We liked the club room for free food and drinks looked after by the ever smiling and helpful K.

- The smell of shower gel and shampoo is really bad - We ordered a room service and afterwards at 09.45 pm asked for the dessert and it was not possible to order anymore as the last order is 09.30 pm but they are open until 10 pm. It is hard to understand why is not possible to get 1 scoop of icecream or any other dessert but it shows the lack of fine trained staff with attention on the guest needs. It used to be better and definitely not a 5 star hotel anymore - facilities getting older and it doesn't seem to be done enough to maintain it well.

Not 5-star level of service, it's good but there were lines at the reception, long waiting for some requests and some other issues. Pool and gym work just till 9 pm, not convenient. Not 5-star toiletries.

Nice, abundant breakfast. Club benefits (we used free but humble mini bar, free bites, drinks and cocktails at the lounge). Convenient location

There was a cockroach in our room and under the beds were dust. The cleaners probably don’t vacuum there.

No air or fan in powder room. Wife actually got locked in there for 30 minutes until maintenance man came to get her out. Gym and pool open too late. 9am is no good as we wanted to exercise early before we ate. Sauna was a bit unsafe, no supervision.

Room was nice and clean. Good strong shower. Breakfast was great, all staff very friendly and smiling. Location ok, little street market not far.

The staff was very professional but a bit impersonal. They seemed a bit overwhelmed by the volume of guests for Chinese New Year.

The room was large and comfortable. The swimming pool was terrific - large enough to actually swim in and at a comfortable temperature. Lots of options at breakfast.

1 Day we had things to prepare a Coffee in the Room ----- second and third Day there was nothing more ! That is not 5 star like.

The breakfast choices were remarkable. Extremely helpful staff. Great to relax in the pool after long day sightseeing. Location great for MTR and walks in the Lumpini Park.

The hotel is picking up after the pandemic and there a some kinks, wear & tear and overlooked adjustments that need to be addressed and tweaked. Once handled it would be just as great as it was before Covid-19 rained upon us.

Room and washroom amenities were more than adequate. Club floor rooms and the use of the club lounge was very good. The staff at the club lounge was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the Lumpini Metro station which makes it very accessible for metro travels. There were some issues in our room and when we told one of the front desk staff the issues were addressed right away. Excellent! Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Enjoyed our breakfasts.

The gym and pool area could do with an upgrade. The business lounge used to have a wide variety of drinks and snacks in the evening compared to what was on offer now.

The proximity to lumpini park was great, the staff are excellent, the club lounge is nice though it used to be better.
