Perfect in-town location. Easy walk to many things, including a favorite restaurant we want to eat at. Availability of private parking. Simple but fine breakfast.

The rooms are pretty thread bare, no bedside tables or lamps etc. the bed is pretty solid but we slept surprisingly well anyway.

The location is excellent. The staff were so incredibly helpful and hospitable and assisted us with a lot of things including booking taxis.

The room was clean....but very Spartan.... Green walls with tile flooring. It has 2 basic square tables with 1 wooden chair. very basic

There’s no place to put luggage but the floor. No nightstand & no electrical outlets. Bedding was so old and not even clean! No blackout curtain so couldn’t sleep after sunrise (6am). Parking space is too small.

Not a bad location but there’s nothing much to do around. Staff is nice and helpful. Spacious terrace with seatings in front of the rooms.

I could here all the noise from the street in the night while in bed. Beds are very comfortable but we could not sleep well because of the noise.

No programmes in English on tv, but for just 2 nights, not a problem. Rooms would benefit from small cupboard to put underwear, T-shirts etc. Very basic breakfast. Rice and fish soup does not appeal much to foreigners. Suggestion: cereal, croissants and yoghurt? Don't need to do a big buffet!

No night stand or bedside light. So when you ready to sleep you must go and turn off the light by the door. Not cool. Only one pillow. No laundry service.

Breakfast was good (no buffet), staff nice and helpful, sober room but for the price not being too demanding. Funny thing: as they want to keep the hotel clean, you must walk with sleepers. You must leave your shoes outside in a special place.

The lock on the door to our room was difficult to maneuver, key would jam.

Great location, within walking distance of the weekend night market. Room and facilities perfect for our family of 4, a double and one single bed with an adjoining bathroom with 2 toilets and 1 shower. Breakfast was plentiful, 2 plates for everyone- fried egg and breaded chicken, as well as shrimp paste rice with cucumber, mango, shredded omelette and fresh chilli and stewed pork (a traditional Thai dish), also toast and coffee- more than anyone could ask for. Large fridge and kettle in the room. Staff were approachable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to families.

It is completely fine to only clean rooms if asked to, but surely restocking things like water and loo roll normally should happen regardless - even just being left outside the door. No light/lamp near the bed.

Friendly staff, they helped me organise a day trip to the floating pagodas and the hot springs, and ensured I had an English speaking driver. Good location right in the centre of Lampang town, lots of little shops and stalls surround the area. Free shuttle to the bus station.
