Good location close to train station, clean nice and cheap room!

Bed is on a harder side, no window, when the AC was off I could hear people talking in another room. Also I had to fight a huge cockroach in the bathroom. I don’t say it is a big negative as cockroaches come even to 5* hotels in this country, but still unpleasant. I think they may be forgot to provide us with tissues and glasses.

Clean, central, quiet, room is bigger than I thought, has big shower, shower gel&shampoo are provided, has tv and mini fridge. For the money it’s a very good value and I would stay again to sleep a night.

Those rooms don’t have windows so there was no way to let the fresh air in. The door Leeds directly into the yard so you can hear everyone.

Not close to the main attractions (beaches and viewpoints), so you need transport or driver (taxi only is not worth it)

The girl working there, Ani, was just so so helpful, even when speaking no English at all. With translation she went above and beyond to check timings for my transport, to arrange a local tour driver, and even drove me to the bus station early in the morning with her scooter. Thank you so so much. The price-value is just great, spacious, clean, comfortable. It is also close to the train station and the town center for the street food at evening, as well as restaurants and shops.

Nice and comfortable room, well equipped with ac and fridge and flatscreen, moreover there's free coffee available all day long near the reception, friendly and helpful staff...location in a quiet lane but easy walk to railway station or night market

The remote control for the TV confused me. 😂

All staff were pleasant. The hotel is secure and clean. I enjoyed the hot shower and a/c. Location is good and also private. And there is a great seafood restaurant 100m away around the corner.

We only stayed in the daytime waiting for the train, but the staff were amazing and the place was very clean. You can buy food from the vending machine outside. There are no windows in the rooms.

I Had an important document sent by courier to this hotel, it arrived 4 days early so i hadn't got there yet, the girl at reception phoned me but we had a language barrier, so she found a customer who spoke english and thai, and phoned me again and got the customer to relay the message that the document had arrived, just incase i needed it early. This was service above and beyond the call of duty, they have my sincere gratitude. That level of service seems to permeate through the whole place. 5*

There was nothing to dislike.....only positives.

This is a great little budget hotel not far from the rail station. Operated by a very hard working lady with some English language skills but also a lightning finger on the translate app on her phone. I was catching a late night train south. It's cheap enough to pay for a night and leave at 10pm for the easy walk, via loads of great street food options, to your train. the room was spotless as was the bathroom. If you're on a tight budget, back packing, it's a lot better than a multi bunk hostel......
