Friendly staff, great pool, breakfast was exceptional

Breakfast was alright, but more options could have been great. The beach was not really clean as it is not a private one, although trash from the water could be avoided.

The room was very nice, bedding was beyond expectations! So comfortable. The beach was not so clean, with lots of trash and seaweed, but if you walk a little further on the sides you can get some cleaner water. The pool was nice though. The staff is very kind and helpful, it was very pleasant to be surrounded by them. The location was good as you are not in the center (but not so far), it stays quiet and you can relax.

The sea in front of the hotel is full of garbage. The receptionist upon arrival was rather unwelcoming. Aircon old and a bit weak.

Breakfast was pretty good, delicious food but could have had more choices available.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly & helpful. Our showerhead wasn't working properly and they sent someone to fix it swiftly. They also helped us book some tours and when one tour group didn't pick us up, they were able to contact them and sort it out making it a stress-free problem for us. The massages on the beach were amazing & the masseurs were all delightful to talk to. The poolside bar had some delicious snacks & great cocktails. Location was great with lots of great restaurants around!

Lots of stairs which wouldn't have bothered me normally but I did get unwell while there and needed surgery. So while I didn't mind it may be a consideration for those who aren't so good on their feet. No Cable/satellite TV as advertised, which wasn't great as I couldn't leave the room. I was told it will be coming in the future. But again to be honest I wouldn't have noticed if well.

Great stay at HoMM Chura, I stayed for 3 nights upon arrival in Thailand before exploring the other islands. It’s not far from the airport but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise, it’s also not far from chaweng centre but also again far enough to be away from the hustle there, yet you can walk there in about 10 mins. The location was perfect, and also right on the beach with a pool overlooking the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast menu very good, with fresh fruits and a chef making omelettes/eggs. My room was big and good airco. The style is earthy which I really liked. I’ll def stay again when in Samui next time!

The pool area is a bit tatty. The rest of the hotel is so well maintained, it is a surprise the pool isn’t kept to the same standard. It needs new towels and a bit of care - but otherwise it’s lovely. Could also do with water service around the pool (standard in good hotels in Thailand, in my experience)

Bedrooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and helpful.

The sea around the hotel was very dirty, brown in colour for the first 4 to 5 feet from the beach. This is a common occurrence as well so wasn't happy that we weren't made aware of this prior to booking. If you walk 50 yards or so in either direction then the sea is crystal clear.

When we were checking in only one person was there making it difficult for her to accomodate to too many guests as there were some checking out. Long stairs may make it difficult for people with walking restrictions to stay there. They use recycled water so water from tap is salty. During hot peak summer times it is difficult to wait for rooms in common areas as it is not air conditioned. Even the breakfast space is also open. Early check in is never an option and you might have to wait until 3/3.30pm when rooms are ready as not many cleaners around. However they will call and remind multiple times for check out. Although I booked in advance but didn’t get a family room as requested. Central samui is not so close by so anyone wanting to stay near central might want to skip. Breakfast is average not so many options to pick.

Private beach access and restaurants around the beaches. Open till 10pm only. Room size is decent. Safe and secured. Good resort style living.

Didnt get fresh towels in our rooms each day. Air Con struggles in the our room with the high ceilings, just wasn't cold enough for us. Bed and pillows were very good. Breakfast was included however choices were limited for westerners. no hash browns, fried tomato and you had to ask for bacon to be cooked, there was only one day that bacon was actually cooked and in a warmer ready.

Staff were friendly and helpful in particular 2 bar staff at the pool bar, Mod and Ball were exceptional, ensuring that we had towels upon arrival, placing our orders for drinks and food. Our friend had left his wallet at the pool, Mod( staff member) had remembered what room number we were in and returned the wallet to us. The massage ladies at the pool area were professional and did a great job.

Needed more reception team, only one team member on check in and on check out with numerous people waiting. It’s felt short. The pool area needs some maintenance it’s looks tired and not sure if they work for the hotel but first thing in the morning theres a team sweeping the sand of rubbish the guys doing the section directly in-front of the hotel just dumped it back in the sea, and I’m not talking just seaweed, plastics, fishing lines, bags. Pollution is an evident issue in the area. Further up the beach we saw other people burying it in the sand.

Location is amazing right on the sea front, we had room 201 overlooking the pool and beach which was great! The team were all lovely very smiley and happy to help, especially the pool bar team!

first, the beach is not accesible during the day, due to the tide it is not possible to bethere and you will see lot of garbage from the see…. rooms are little bit outdated and the furniture is uncomfortable on the terrace…. cleaning should be made much more better, even the pool…..

Serious bed bugs. Many stairs, room access, and pool all had stairs. Asked for accessible room but none. Not would not meet American with disabities act. Few handrails. Many uneven small steps. Took laundry bags for clothing due to bug contamination.Definitely not for the elderly. No beach. Weak water pressure..
