Location was good, not too loud but a bit of a walk in or grab a cheap tuktuk or taxi would be fine! Okay price for Thailand but fairly good price for Patong Beach, very popular area

The room we initially booked was facing the wall. So we had to pay extra to get a sea view room. It is better to book rooms with pool view or sea view. The cheapest rooms are mainly facing the wall (which is not specified when booking), only the ones on 6 floor are nice - they are facing the neighbor hotel. Also one elevator broke during our stay and it was never repaired till the end of our vacation.

The hotel is located on Patong round-about. The location is good, a lot of infrastructure around and easy to go to different places. Beach is around 10 min walking. A lot of cafes, massage salons and 7 eleven you can find in this area. Also there is a night market Malin plaza with good food 5 min from the hotel. The room was spacious and good looking. The bed was huge. They were giving 2 bottles of water every day. Beach towels are also available. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. The hotel might be a bit noisy, because it is facing the road, but for us it was not a problem.

This hotel would not be a 4 star hotel in europe, for example, not that it changed anything for us, it was something that i noticed. Balcony doors are a bit dated and considering that hotel is located on the busiest intersection in town, ambulance/police sirens, loud bikes, and loud people from near bars can be problem if you are light sleeper. Hotel pool bar is pricey.

Hotel was really clean, and it was cleaned daily. Rooms were good size, beds were comfy, bathroom up to modern standards. Hotel staff - great! Internet was really good as well.

- very noisy area (you could hear the music and noise from the bar across the street); - poorly isolated rooms (we were lucky, but our friends had a really hard time with the 2 "ladies" next door who were talking loud and screaming; unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage to solve this issue); - torn and stained bedsheets (as shown in the attached photos).

- spacious room, nicely decorated, with free WiFi, air-conditioner, flat-screen TV, minibar, kettle and safety deposit box; - spacious balcony; - good breakfast (considering that breakfast is very different in Thailand than it is in Europe or America); - clean and quite big swimming pool; - games room.

Some days they never replace the bottled drinking water The tissues in the room wasn't replaced with a full box just a few tissues put in the empty box and they ran out every day The towel were folded up wet so when you came to use them again they were still wet

I know one of the cleaning staff did take some of the loose coins that I intentionally left on the table to test their integrity. Breakfast was trash, so I'd recommend you save your money on breakfast here and find other areas to get breakfast.

The facilities were comfortable, they refilled our waters often and they kept the room cleaned. Our items were safe in the room.

Part of the roof came off the last night we stayed and was banging against the side of the building most of the night . The pool always had leaves in it and didn’t look to inviting to use

A bit noisy and some things in the room needed maintenance or weren’t very practical e.g. bathroom and shower door very tight to fit around. Didn’t love the room service food but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to grab something to eat

-ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE breakfast for a 4-star hotel. I struggle to find anything at all to eat or drink for breakfast. Just some toasts and concentrated juice and poor quality sausage and some fresh fruit full of bugs. -The elevators have a terrible smell of chemicals. -Cleaners are very very loud and noisy in the morning/noon but very friendly and kind. -BE SUPER CAREFUL NOT TO GET SCAMMED!! The small snacks and drinks in the room are NOT FOR FREE to welcome the guests!! They charged me 20 Euros for two nights of snacks (just two small Pringle potato chips and a few cans of Coke). I was lucky I went back to reception accidentally and found out about it. Otherwise they charge you at the end of your stay and you’ll be surprised at how much you’ll have to pay extra for some small snacks!!! My advice for you is to ask the reception to remove the mini-bar from your room when you check in! -The swimming pool is very small and so nobody uses it. -The hotel is right next to a roundabout (junction of two main roads). It’s VERY noisy (even late at night until 3:00AM). You won’t be able to sleep well if you’re sensitive to noise.

Police checkpoints every day right in front of the hotel. We were stopped multiple times a day and it was very annoying. We understand it’s not a problem of the hotel though.
