Rooms were extremely clean and well presented. Felt like a brand new room. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located close to everything we wanted and still felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle of the main city.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. However, the walls and floors between rooms are quite thin so we could hear the noise from other rooms clearly. The light in the bathroom was broken but no one fixed it after the cleaning service. We stayed at room 505.

Trivial issue but annoying. Accessing WiFi requires re-entry of details despite claims that system retains details!

Moved here rather than endure a 2nd night in originally booked hotel in same area. Very satisfied with Amanta and decision to move.

1. Very dark room, light is not enough, only dark curtain. 2. Plug in the room is not enough. 3. Hotel serve welcome drink at roof top bar with nice view but quality of drink is very bad, should improve. 4. Lift is small but ok.

Security was not really given. Everybody can walk in to the hotel on the side entrance and don’t need to pass the reception. The staff doesn’t speak English, only Thai. Inside the room, there was no daytime curtain and hotel guests from the opposite building can see everything what you do in the room! For Wi-Fi, a daily login ritual was necessary which is annoying. It’s noisy because of a Main Street and the roof bar from the hotel with load music.

The breakfast room is very noisy when some very loud Chinese start talking. Even 10m away you cannot conduct a conversation at your own table. Possibly the walls need some sound deadener to break the loud sound/reflection..

The view from the roof top bar is nice.

The bed was kind of hard. There was no pool, i should have looked more closely before booking so this is not a "complaint" just an observtion.

Only thing wrong with property is all the rooms face each other and everyone can view your room and movements when curtains open

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a great place for sunset views. It's the nicest hotel in Nong Kai that I have seen.

Accidentally, I broke a glass at the restaurant while having dinner and was charged 150 Baht. They also block most of the cheaper rooms in order to sell the higher rate room. I had no other choice and booked Junior Suite room. The hotel was very quiet with few guests, that is how I realised they do block some rooms .

My guest was accused publicly of stealing slippers from the room by receptionist on checking out. I was embarrassed in front of other guests. I insisted that they check and came back to say the missing item was in the laundry. This is unacceptable behaviour from a hotel he has stayed at a number of times.

Very nice rooms with good amenities and comfortable bed. Sky Bear and Bar served great food and good wine list.
