There is no games room such as snooker or pool table

The elevator is slow, the chair in the room wasn't so comfortable for me ( i would prefer more ergonomic one) and Also I don't like the smell of smoke at the parking area (floor -1)..but it's the only place that smoking is allowed so it's ok 🙂 Beside that it's a great hotel as I've said- very recommended

Almost everything, it's one of my favourite hotels - very practical in a great location, nice room, great shower, the bed is comfortable (although i like it to be a little bit harder), the pillows are great, and ofcourse - the stuff are very nice and professional - I love them

Place looks great, all staff were excellent but special mention to Ben and Kee who were always first people to great meet and help out. Location is amazing. Quiet but just at 1 minute walk from.all.the night life

There was a night club which was noisey on one side of the building, first night I woke and then couldn’t sleep. But the staff moved me to the other side and was no problem.

The location is great and the room comfortable. However the jewel in their crown is the staff. From reception to housekeeping everyone was helpful and could not be faulted.

Confusion at check in as they stated I had not paid for the room- which I had. We actually kinda argued about this for a few minutes until they admitted that I had paid fully in advance. The reception staff were great and very helpful tho.

Location is great- very near the action but off the main road and very quiet. Rooms were super comfortable and clean.

Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and happy to talk with you about your day or sorting out a problem efficiently and quickly. The hotel is located 100 metres from Soi Buakhao and 200 metres from 3rd road. The location was central to all the tourist attractions.

I liked the hotel. I stayed there for 18 nights. I stay in at least 6 hotels every year. I arrived with a car. The hotel has a convenient and accessible underground parking lot with a direct elevator to the room floor. I liked the pool less. A two-level pool with an inconvenient and unstable entrance and exit on the lower level. The breakfast is good and sufficient for a 4-star hotel. The service is excellent. The staff members are always willing to help with a big smile. The room is excellent. Well maintained. A stream of water at a constant temperature, something that not happens in many hotels. For those looking for night life in Pattaya, the hotel is very close to one of the bar areas, but at the same time the acoustics are good and you don't hear the ambient noise. The hotel is one of the "Best Value for Money" I have visited. I will definitely return to it the next time I come to Pattaya. For me I would give the hotel a score of 9 out of 10.
