Be carefull with the slippery floor in the shower.

The hole Staff, they are so polite and helpfull. In the reception Harry was the first person we met when we came to the hotel early in the morning. He let us have very nice room with the view two hours prior the check inn time because the room was ready. This was beautiful gesture. Our room Delux King Bed room (with the small balcony) with the minibar (empty, you can bring your own bewerges) was nice and clean and quiet which is very important to us. TV channels has plenty of choices including movies. Comfortable quality bed with two big pillows. Quiet air condition. The Breakfast is good and plenty of choices, opens early (6 o'clock). You can order egg dishes from the chef. In the breakfast room there is efficient waitress called Benz, she smiles like the sun shine every morning. Clean hotel. Pool area is on the roof top, really nice area with the bar. Location good with the nearby restaurants, bars and laundry, etc. We came again when we stay in Pattya. Amethyst Hotel is the perfect hotel for us in Pattaya with this price range.

Cleaning lady rushing to clean because i like to sleep and the noise from outside workers

Loved everything about this hotel, from awesome room clean bathroom comfy beds great breakfast and fantastic staff, especially Mr Tono.

The room was large but the bed was huge and took up more space than necessary. Breakfast was OK but missed Thai Milk Tea and the food was only average - we tended to go elsewhere Some noise from the building work going on opposite my room.

Very comfortable and excellent location for the best of the nightlife. Lovely people and excellent service. Decent internet connection. Modern room with an excellent shower.

I had room service food was beautifully presented and tasty. With the exception of the curry the rest of it was cold. Partly due to the food being plated on to very cold plates If you are going to have room service where two persons occupy the room Please bring an additional chair and table with the service. It was not ideal eating of a norrowish shelf adjacent to TV. When I’ve asked for a chair and table there was much consternation However a white plastic outside use chair was found !

Had renovations on the street infront of hotel so going in and getting out was a big hassle, but its a temp issue that i was unlucky, should be done by now

Only issue was roadworks outside hotel which limited access. Not hotels fault. Roadworks now complete so not an issue for the future.

Central location. Modern, well appointed rooms and excellent shared facilities. Good breakfast, coffee shop, pool on 8th floor with bar. All staff very polite and helpful.

The entrance to the hotel was very difficult. Either you you had to enter via the cellar or try to pass diggings just outside the hotel. ( Not the hotels fault).

Not enough trash bin, no place to hang wet swim suit , Water leak out easily from sink

No trash bin under the sink, No space to hang the wet swim suit , It’s easy to make the table around the sink wet , and the floor wet, The bathtub has no handle , easy to fall down or difficult to get up after taking bath. The male staff in front desk is not so helpful for asking them fixing the curtain , because it’s quite bright when sun comes out . And he just said every room is same . He is not trying to help.

New hotel. Beautifully designed and clean. Staff were warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and not rock solid like a lot of hotels in Thailand. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Pattaya with the most wonderful team of people. Cannot fault anything about our stay. From the warm, friendly, professional staff and rooftop pool, to the exceptionally clean room and super comfortable bed, it was truly a little haven in a very busy city. As others have noted, there is some construction going on outside, but it wasn’t an issue as access was available at all times and noise is limited. Appeared likely to be finished soon. The staff are what make this hotel special. They are a definite asset. Between them, the quality of the hotel, what it offers and the location, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Pattaya.
