There were a lot of families with kids, for us couples this made the experience a little less calming. In my opinion- this hotel was perfect if it was for adults only or at least from the age of 13th.

The service was slow in the villas and not as attentive as we’d have liked and expected. For example - we only found out about many of the activity areas on our last day. Also, our villa wasn’t cleaned as regularly as it could have been.

Location is very far from the city center. The sea wasn’t that fun and the staff told us we can’t use the water sport equipment most of the day. The pool was very basic. Needed to use the small car of the hotel to get to the room/beach/etc. No good view. We’ve been in better Anantara hotels. Not a fun experience for us.

The beach in front of the hotel is not the best, but there’s a massive pool right next to it. The staff felt a bit distant and less warm than other hotels in Phuket but maybe this is the direction

One of the most amazing hotels in Phuket. A truly 5-star hotel with exceptional facilities, services and amenities - especially the spa. Definitely recommend it compared to other 5-star hotels in Phuket.

I really can't fault this place, every attention to detail was well thought out and it was all so beautiful. The lighting might have been a bit better in the room, but it didn't put us out.

The reception, the beauty of the location and the breakfast were fantastic. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The facilities were excellent and there was a lot to do, water sports, gym and pools.

Whilst the hotel staff were wonderful and clearly set on doing whatever it took to please their guests, the staff at the pop-up Zuma restaurant were the exact opposite. They gave our table away and parked us next to a family who let their kids run around us, refused to adapt a cocktail or let us take a dish away with us and then even refused to remove the 10% service charge. I’ve travelled the world and never experienced such nonsense at any level. Food was patchy and over-priced. IMPORTANT - the hotel is amazing, the Zuma popup is horrible

Amazing staff at the hotel (not Zuma) who couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Our room wasn’t as expected and we were moved without any fuss. This is a beautiful and quiet location and we had a wonderful stay.

The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, their service made every moment there better. The food variety & quality 👌🏻 they have a couple of restaurants in the resort I’ve tried 2 of them the steakhouse was top tear 👌🏻👌🏻 The spa was also great 👌🏻 I highly recommend this resort 👍🏻

We had wonderful arrival experience with welcome drinks and jasmine flower bracelet. Jason escorted us to the room with buggy and he explained everything about the resort which very helpful for our first time in here. At first night we had amazing dinner experience at Age, the waitresses and sommelier there were very professional and friendly. Age was our favorite restaurant. Second night we had dinner at Thai restaurant, the staff was very caring and friendly. We loved the swimming pool faced amazing view of resort and sea.

If it’s a rainy day you will still have to go to the restaurant for the breakfast as they don’t provide it at your room. It’s far from Patong beach but you can still go to Boat Avenue, it’s 15 minutes far by car, where you can find many restaurants.

The pool villa was near the beach, it was big and nice, the breakfast menu is excellent. Room service is fast. Mr.Mustafa took really good care of us, he dropped by to say hello, that was a nice gesture from him.

The only problem we had was the slight language barrier causing errors in communication with room service and food orders. This can be slightly frustrating after multiple attempts.

Villa with private pool was lovely for a couple with full privacy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Spa was lovely too!
