The hotel is a work in progress in some of the common areas but this didn't phase us. The swim up pool bars were not attended and the service from staff was pretty minimal but again, we just take this in our stride and manage our expections in this regard. Our TV didn't work but we weren't there to watch tv so this wasn't an issue for us. Our safe was also not working properly but this also wasn't an issue for us.

We loved the location and the pool access rooms. The rooms are well fitted out and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms spacious and communication from the hotel was great too. Beachfront access and whilst the beach is busy, it's fun to people watch from this vantage point and watch the world go by. The beach is stunning. The island itself is perhaps my favourite in all of SE Asia.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of space to relax in and outdoors. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with wide variety of european and asian style food and most crispy croissants and pain au chocolat, which given the humidity was not expected and a nice surprise. Iced Thai Tee and Egg dishes were daily prepared by helpful, friendly and genuinely smiling staff. Special thanks to Bank at the egg/soup/pancakes station.

Hotel staffs need more professionalism especially the bar tenders. Hotel room though comfortable needs a few upgrade as certain areas are fairly run down. Breakfast is ok but availability is a bit inconsistent. Surprisingly they don't do poached eggs!!

Convenient and within walking distance to most places. Beautiful scenery and the sunset is absolutely gorgeous. Food has been amazing considering we are in a small remote island.

the pool (towards the rear) could do with some maintenance and there are a lot of missing tiles and cracks which make it a bit dangerous as there are sharp edges

this is a lovely hotel - extremely clean, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a lovely balcony with a large relaxing chair. the breakfast buffet was fabulous and the pools are huge! we loved the sunset from the front pool. it’s ideally located next to the beach and walking street. the gym is basic but perfectly adequate.

We booked a last-minute trip, and it was a half-board option only available left. When checking in, if I didn't mention it, the staff wouldn't have acknowledged that it was half-board. I would expect them to take note of the details given that this resort is at the higher end on the island. On the flipside with location, the swimming are of the beach is small, amongst long tail boats, and noise from long tail boats when new tourists arrive and depart the island.

There are 2 swimming pools, where one is beach front, and the other is where the rooms were. Massage was great, the room is spacious. I like the fact that we are so near walking street and also near the beach where the ferry arrives. We could wait and enjoy the hotel facilities after checking out before our ferry ride late in the afternoon.

The fact that they let us pay for slippers we die not use or saw in the room! We booked two rooms and charged 7 euro for used slippers that were not in the room!

The room felt a little bit humid. But I guess it’s normal in a such humid country and especially on island. Once we turned on the aircon it got better.

Everything was good. Breakfast had a lot varieties every morning. Very nice and friendly staffs. Especially breakfast staffs.

The only thing i didn´t like was that poolbar was closed during our stay. Might not be a problem for most people but i really enjoy a good poolbar and it was the reason we booked a room with pool access.

Breakfast was good with an egg station which i find very important. Location wise it was perfect. On the beach and very close to walking street. Friendly staff, nice, clean and spacious rooms.

Great location on Pattaya beach, beautiful rooms with small touches that made it very special, very comfortable bed, good breakfast with a variety of choices, food in the hotel was also good. All the staff were efficient and friendly, good happy hour for cocktails

The Sand bar (hard to talk with anyone if you're in the pool area), they try to sell more in the beach to outside customers and left the people from the pool out of service. Also when I tried to pay for resort expenses the machine was with problem.

Bed, room, cleaning and breakfast (the guy who attended us there was very nice and polite). The restaurant is also very good for snacks overall.
