Nothing - Amazing Everything

Great location and amazing value for money. The free bike rental was amazing as we took advantage of using the bike to ride to River Kwai Bridge to watch the train arriving.

The cafe too small and the Resturant only open from 7 am to 3 pm

It was all fantastic, I did, however, say to the staff they are missing a trick by not putting out 2-3 nice sun loungers on the 4th floor outside area. It is a real sun trap with 2-3 standard chairs, which, although OK, it would be nice to chill out on a lounger.

What was not to like in this little gem as I was visiting for 2 days/ nights. Staff were exceptionally friendly, my room was super clean & a nice size (Room 406) set on the level with a nice sun deck where I captured a glorious sunrise with a coffee. Breakfast was a lovely choice If you are looking for a nice hotel, a mere 5 min stroll to the bars/restaurants & only a 10 min stroll to the bridge over the River Kwai & War museum, then look no further. ATM only 500 yards away also A must stay if visiting Kanchanaburi

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They helped with our tours, massages, and even places to eat.We would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of too much. Perhaps, a modern 6 storey hotel is a little out of place here. So far it's almost the only one.

Location. Up to date facilities A pretty good breakfast was provided though not buffet. Kind and helpful desk staff. Location was just 650 m from Bridge over the River Kwai and Museum. Several restaurants to choose from within 500 m.

The staff were extremely kind. Gave us good advice for getting to the train, times of departure etc. One of the women at the desk made us sandwiches and coffee to go as we had a very early departure. The location was good. Just down the lane from many good restaurants ND only about 800 m from the train station and bridge. Beds were good for me and room was comfortable if a bit spartan.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in the hotel. I have stayed in a few hotels in Thailand over the last 3 trip's to this wonderful country and I can say that this is one of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure staying in. Thanks you.

The fact you had to choose your breakfast thd night before. You should be able to choose your breakfast in the morning when you know what you feel like.

The whole hotel was clean and fresh. Modern furniture and happy staff.

Location handy for the river and the room was clean and had toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast had limited options but was tasty.

The doors are very thin and when the neighbors close them, there is an echo in the corridor and the noise is very loud. But the worst impression of the hotel was upon check-out. We had lost one of the magnetic card to enter the room which costs some very small coins but we were charged 200 baht…..I don't think we deserved it. Precisely because of this attitude, I would not return to the hotel again. We stayed there 3 nights, I haven’t seen anyone else there staying more than one night, so we had a big “Thank you” with this charge.

The hotel is good, the staff is very responsive and attentive, the breakfast is ok for this price, the location is very good, but everything good ended with a stupid rule of the hotel.

Nothing in the street outside the hotel. Have to walk to Se restaurants, people and facilities.
