lovely hotel little dated and could do with some TLC and maintenance around the grounds. staff are lovely, my husband left his sunglasses on the bar and they went through cctv to ascertain where they had gone, and they were found behind the bar!!

Where we were we could hear the air conditioning units for other chalets which was a bit irritating but not a massive issue.

We had to change rooms twice due to a leak in our original room. Although we had to change the staff were very accommodating and helped us with some things in order to make up for the inconvenience. We only wish we were moved back to our original room once the problem was sorted. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay.

my husband and I are older adults., with poorer vision. the room, though lovely, was dark, and because we were on ground level, and people passing by frequently, we were uncomfortable with the drapes open.

Can hear voices and sound from nearby rooms and walk ways.

Customer service is excellent, organising pick up from pier and sending us back to pier on time. Good range of food for breakfast too.

Unfortunately I had a French family above who were extremely loud and their kids ran up and down the wooden floors constantly which was seriously annoying.

Nice spacious rooms with the authentic mahogany Thai feel!

The whole place is really not taken good care of. The room was literally not cleaned at all other than swiping through. The bathroom was never cleaned during the whole stay and overall nothing is really taken care of. You see the place slowly buy steadily rotting. It is a shame since it is actually quite nice and has a superb location. Breakfast was really not worth talking about (as expected to be honest).

Seafront villa was very nice. Special feeling to wake up next to the sea.

The breakfast is not so good but can eat it. Note: The room I had was in the middle which was nice. However I would not book a room right at the back of the resort as construction noise.

Location by the small island. Nice to snorkel. The room was nice enough. I booked the second floor. This is not for older people or people with injuries as the stairs are steep. The room was clean and everything was working.

everything is little out of date and needs refurbishing. the shower was hardly working, needing replacement. hard beds. seems like hotel had quite bad maintanance of the whole property.

the staff, especially the "boss" (I think,- the only guy at the reception counter). Very unfriendly, rough, un-professional. He should learn to be more welcoming, and put some smile on his face! If his character could not be changed, he should be stationed in an isolated office so, he wont ruin guests's mood!

Great resort on Sunrise Beach. Beautiful room with pool access. The pool is very big and the resort is next to the beach. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Taxi service to and from the ferry was much appreciated.

swimmingpool had problem. everybody’s swimingsuits turned brown/ green. fingernails turned brown. they closed the pool for inspection. breakfast used to be better, eggs many times finished and cold

for such a marvellous property and location, it’s a pity more effort was not put into the breakfast, the quality and selection of drinks at the bar, and the quality and selection of the food in the restaurant in general. we went to a neighbouring hotel for breakfast and drinks, and outside for dinner - which is a shame - since we would have loved to spend more time on This beautiful property had the f&b offerings been better.

the location was beautiful and the facilities charming. the staff were very helpful, especially Khun Beer who did everything to make our stay special and comfortable, including travel to and from Koh Lipe.
