Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted nicely but then told we had to pay a 2,000 Thai baht deposit, which was never mentioned to us when we booked via booking.com. An amazing member of staff named Cha was trying her best to explain the company policy when her colleague, Zin, interrupted very rudely and spoke with no sense of customer service. She even went as far as to say, "no pay, no room," which threw me off as we weren't refusing to pay; we were just explaining that this wasn't mentioned to us during the booking process. I had to confront Zin and explain to her that she was very rude. If she doesn't like her job, she should let the amazing Cha explain the company policy. I believe Zin needs more training in customer service and improvement in interacting with the public. Cha, on the other hand, was amazing throughout our 7-day stay. She always went above and beyond. On booking.com, breakfast is advertised as something you can pay for at the hotel with a one-off fee, but we were told by the hotel that you have to pay daily or they can bill it to your room. We thought this was ridiculous as it wasn't advertised that way. The drain in the shower kept blocking up and water was overflowing. It got fixed, but it was inconvenient. The air-conditioning motor outside was noisy, affecting our sleep and causing vibrations in the walls. We found it hard to even have a conversation on our balcony.

This hotel has an amazing pool, a great location, and a great atmosphere. It also has a nice bar with cocktails and a pool table and sunbeds

We were unable to have late checkout and I found the room that we were allocated didn’t receive the amount of sun that I prefer.

We stay here every year and like the location and staff and the pool access room. I find this to be good value for the price.

Overall is not bad. Only the breakfast menu mostly is the same every day and TV channel mostly in thai.

The room is very big, nice. Walkable distance to the beach. The price is affordable too.

It needs some procedures, such as maintenance of the air conditioners, because some rooms have a low temperature, and some of the external air conditioners make noises, so sitting on the balcony is uncomfortable. Also, the bath towels are old and need to be replaced, and there is no shelf in the shower area to place toiletries such as shampoo and soap, which creates a disturbance, so the guest needs to He moves from the shower area to the sink area to take bath supplies Also, in some rooms there is no electric plug next to the bed .

The staff service is great and friendly and the hotel location is good.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the customer service. We are elderly couple had problems walking up and down the stairs, when we told them our problems they immediately changed our room. I will surely go back for the best service and also the buffet breakfast. The staff Joy is excellent to made immediate without any issues.

Breakfast could be improved. Add a few quality items instead of 10 different things of lower quality.

Centrally located near the the main shopping areas and the beach. Nice and cozy place. Quite area after dark, which is nice if you want to relax Very nice staff. We got upgraded to a better room, thanks to Aom, Parn, Zin and Sopi from the reception. A special thanks to Parn for helping us locating a phone we forgot in the lobby after leaving the hotel, it was very helpful.

It's very close to the patong beach, 6/7 mins walk from Bangla road.So many restaurants nearby. Massage, money exchange is very close. Stayed at the pool access room. Pool has jet .room is amazing.its clean, enough spacious. Stuffs were friendly. I will definitely stay again while in phuket for sure
