Kamala beach was a disappointment and had we wanted to stay for longer than our four days we’d be bored as we would be restricted to the hotel pool. Odd location for a stunning property like this.

Amazing property with one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited on holiday. We especially enjoyed celebrating Songkran with the staff.

Minor gripe about the water pressure for the showers in the room. Would run ok, then water would slow to a trickle and then run normal again; this would repeat for the whole time during use. Possibly due to using pumped system to reach top floor of block of 3 suites. Small kids club where space and activities are probably more suited to toddlers (2 to 6 years) than older kids (>7).

Excellent hotel, booked the 2 bed penthouse pool suite. Room was large, well set out with 2 beds, lounge space with dining table and well stocked kitchen and outdoor balcony. Small private pool with sun beds were on the roof accessible by a set of stairs within the suite lobby area. Main restaurant is great for meals, though we ate mostly in our room as plenty of space. Good choice of western and thai dishes for adults and kids. Excellent sauna which we visited twice. Very helpful staff. Use of hotel transport for runs into Kamala for free was great facility. Hotel has prime location on the edge of Kamala town which can be reached by use of complimentary hotel transport or a short walk. Also only 3 minutes to nearby closest local restaurants, 7-11 and Pharmacy.

Nothing really. After 2-3 days we felt the mattresses were not good for our backs. But other than that, no complaints.

Everything was amazing, but our residnce was the absolute best part. You just can't beat the views and the space and light in the 3 bedroom pool suite! Highly recommend. Staff were super helpful. We arrived many hours before checkin and they accommodated us right away.

The pool of the villa does not get sunlight practically ever, but the hotel common pool is sunny. Some of the villas are pretty high up, but there are golfcarts to move you around.

Entering the villa was really an exceptional experience with plenty of space, decoration and artwork in local style and relaxing music playing in the background. The pool of the villa was nice and the hotel common pool was splendid, with usually plenty of space. The hotel breakfast was versatile with many choices of different types of dishes. The hotel personnel was really helpful, resourceful and polite. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beach bars where you can use sunbeds and get beach towels for free, and also good service. The hotel has also free taxi service to the beach.

Loved it all but helpful feedback would maybe be a more modern set up with tv/ music connectivity so you could stream music and films when wanting to hang out in your room.

Paradise, luxurious and authentic to bring in Thailand. The 2 bed pool suite made it feel like we had a real home away from home. The pool was always so peaceful and quiet where you never had to worry about beds not being available. Views were spectacular. Food was great. Staff so very accommodating and helpful. The places to go nearby were a mix of amazing and cute, and the hotel have a free car to drive you and collect you. You get looked after from the moment you arrive and can have both peace and fun on a holiday here however you choose!

I must say that this resort is great. I would highly recommend it, but one thing to consider if you want to stay here and that’s the only thing. The resort is not by the beach. Free shuttle is provided and it’s very close to Kamala, but our family really enjoy to spend most of the time by the beach and at Andara it’s a bit of a project to get there. For most people probably no problem, but for us a bit. The resort has a dedicated area on the beach were they provide chairs and water. I would expect a bit higher standard on this area, but for our family it was good enough. Some feedback to the resort (house 1): - shower water is absolutely terrible. The pressure comes and goes and so does the warm water. - the extra beds are made of an hard wooden boards which is not very nice on a longer stay. - the AC in the master bedroom is very noisy, so noisy it’s sometimes hard to sleep.

Very nice resort at the end of Kamala beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool suite, so that is what my review concerns. I guess it’s a bit different if you stay in a villa, since you probably spend more time in the villa. The suite was very spacious, also great with a kitchen area if you for some reason want to cook at home. Nice social spaces, TV’s in every room, nice terrace and pool. My expectations were a luxury resort with high standards and that was fulfilled. Great gym, great breakfast, we had many lunches and dinners at the hotel and they were reasonably priced. We loved our waiter Jar who was something extra. Pool area was also great with good service.

Again, I didn't book a villa to just swim in the pool, I just wanted to chill, but it's hard if it's too deep. My husband is 5 10' and he also said the same thing that it's tiring. It's nice to just drink and talk. I can't do that at your pool. Even the big pool was also so deep, it was exhausting.

It's a very nice property and clean. The villa itself looks really nice. Your staff were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. From the front, restaurant and the rest. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

The hotel is located in Kamala, so it is relatively far away from most tourist sites but booking a taxi was easy in Phuket so it was not a problem after all.

The staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is also very spacious. I also love how they serve lots of local fruits and Thai tea at their breakfast buffet.
