The elevator was not working on all 3 days of our stays and we were on the highest floor. We had to climb the stairs and if we had luggages, it would have been tedious. The music from the bar downstairs was too loud at times.

The suite was luxurious, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel is by the beach thus be prepared to find the room floor a little sandy... unless you totally don't open your balcony door at all! The hotel is located near one end of the Patong Beach, but there is a restaurant right opposite that was playing loud music until 12am+ which I personally had some difficulties falling asleep on my first night. Most of their staff were not very proactive / welcoming as compared to some other four(five)stars hotel resorts I've been to. The breakfast does have many varieties but some are not covered up when there aren't any guest taking them. Thus, the food are left unattended with flies over them at times.. The last thing I have to say is that the entire hotel didn't give off a safe vibe to my stay in overall. The balcony walls between rooms are lower than my hip. Anyone next door could have easily crossed over to your balcony. The hotel building has a more open concept building, which anyone that doesn't have a room checked-in could just come in and even take the public accessible lift up to our hotel room corridors etc.

Love the size of the room. It is super spacious in terms of the room, balcony, as well as the toilet! The room has an extra large king-size bed and comfy bed linen, etc, which we had an absolute good night rest for all 4 nights. We booked our room exactly a year ago with almost 65% discount off the usual rates and with breakfast included. 100% price worthy stay! The room has a smart TV streaming for Netflix & YouTube, etc, and a coffee machine with free capsules topping up on a daily basis during the room makeup service

The live band in coco restrant got loud even at 0100. The wi-fi after a couple of days kept dropping out I’ve now notice this see Ms to happen everywhere in Thailand just one of them things

The staff were very good sometimes the language was a bit of a barrier but I think that was me talk to fast but we had Google translate so it was good food and shops a plenty

Loss of power and cold/hot water was somewhat unpleasant.

The location was excellent, right on the beachfront with stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort offered great amenities including a lovely pool area and beach access.

Fantastic new hotel in a great location. We opted for a posh room with a jacuzzi and while we didnt use it much, it was nice to have also made our bedroom huge!!

Loads of mosquitoes in room 209, killed 8 mosquitoes in first night and even had a mosquito died on the pillow on one night. Some bugs on the sofa bed of room 211 that bitten us. Rooms are dusty, can see dust sticking on walls. Floor around the swimming pool stairs exit is extremely slippery! No toilet in ground floor near swimming pool.

Property is located in convenient location at Patong, walking distances food, Jungceylon and stone throw away from the swimming area of beach. Property has a nice swimming pool.

If you had a room near the lane and close to the front, you could hear music until the early hours of the morning.

The location was perfect and right across from the beach. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The breakfast was very pleasant.

No one mentioned the noise before - the doors / windows / walls are not at all isolated & you hear every step, every music, every firework. Horrible for sleeping...the staff does not speak English very well, they hardly understand you.

Very spaceous room with a big balcony - we got an upgrade for free. The biggest bed we ever had & also super comfortable. A huge shower!!
