breakfast was basic and for 200 baht there are many cafes within a 5 minute scooter ride that did better for cheaper. Also on day of checkout we were sat down and no one came to take our order for 15 minutes so we had to get our money back and go eat somewhere else

Lovely pool and good air conditioning, comfy beds and good size rooms. Some lovely cats we made friends with which looked really healthy and good location if you have transport, lovely and quiet

The pool area was really nice. The room was clean and very big, the beds were comfy. The balcony was convenient. You can rent a scooter from the hotel to go in the city.

Rooms full of flies. I know it isn’t the hotels fault how they keep getting in but really takes away some of the comfort when constantly batting flies away. Pool needed more sunbeds , only 2 available? Also tv remotes didn’t work.

Really lovely resort and The staff were great. We had a superior with pool view I think. Rooms were spacious and fairly clean and the pool was lovely.

No food and nearest restaurant about 1km away. I wasn't aware of this and then the first morning I had to get a taxi into town to hire a motorbike. The water pressure was low, the sink didn't drain properly and the AC was a bit loud in the night.

Well maintained gardens and pool. Comfortable bed. Quiet with only the sound of birds. Very close to Ao Nammao which is much quieter than Ao Nang and has nice beaches and real Thai food.

Restaurant was not open 'due to Covid' so needed to head elsewhere for breakfast.

Really good value. Lovely countryside location with a delightful pool as the centrepiece.

The staff tried to charge us for a broken water heater when we left. Pretty ridiculous considering we had used it normally for our stay and it broke while boiling water. After a debate they backed down and accepted responsibility. Ruined an otherwise nice stay. Also the bathroom drainage didn't work well and had a bad smell during the duration of our stay.

Nice bungalow, great pool area, and location is quiet and close enough to everything.

we stayed 4 days and we didn’t have our bed changed once. they went into the room to change the towels and water but our bed didn’t get changed. gaps in the window frames and under the door so bugs could get in. bathroom wasn’t the best but was big

A warm welcome by the people at the reception with an orange juice when we arrived. they also provide a shuttle to ao nang center free of charge. The bed was comfortable and the room was big and pleasant. Enjoy your stay here with a dip in the pool at night !

I initially Booked à villa and changed immediately as it was super dirty, in Huge need of rénovation. New rooms was cleaner but bed super un confortable, issue with shower and even if new many thanks to be renovated. Place is super far, no grab coming. Restaurant was closed and shutle to city centre only 4 per Day and no choice on the hour. Description must be updated.

Not a con or a fault of the resort itself, but it was a little bit too far out of the way, if you wanted to regularly get down to Ao Nang Beach area There is a shuttle bus, however this only goes every 2 hours and only starts at 10am so not ideal if you want to get going earlier in the day. They do organise taxi if this is the case

Friendly helpful staff Pool and area around it is clean and we'll maintain They provide scooter rental Rooms were spacious and comfortable but the shower was a little finicky. The area around the resort is nice and peaceful if you like to get out for walks in the mornings

unfortunately there was no restaurant or bar so bear this in mind. but with your own transport this wasn’t an issue for me

it was lovely and clean and located in a quite ideal area for either Solo or a couple, it a nice to get out it the busy town life it’s a easy 10min ride into town
