The breakfast room is quite hot during our 4-day visit in the extremely hot summer days. It would be great if they could add a few decorative ceiling fans for ventilation. The safe box in our room is placed on the floor under the closet box, which is very awkward when used.

Clean and spacious room with good amenities. Breakfast is good with everything you need, and it would be best if they could add some bacon. The view from our room and the pool are fantastic. The shuttle to the beach is very handy and reliable. Overall atmosphere is great and relaxing.

It's was all great! The shower pressure could have been better. ( this bothered my husband, but I thought it wasn't that bad)

Gorgeous location, beautiful view of the limestone cliffs! The pool was clean and warm, clean spacious room. Loved the patio space at the back of #64, it felt private and it was nice to have a space with a view of the cliffs to have my morning coffee! The breakfast was OK, you had all the basic foods and drinks. The main road are within walking distance so if you want to venture out for snacks and other things then it's right around the corner The beach/busier shops are about a 20min walk which is no problem if you like to walk around. They also had shuttles to bring you down to the beach. Lovely stay, quiet and relaxing. Would stay again!

The food selection for breakfast could be improved.

The location is calm and further from the main street noise, but still close enough to reach the shops and beach on foot. There is a shuttle to the beach every hour also. As an amateur swimmer who loves water I enjoyed the pool the most.

Second time in Aonang Hill and again the right choice for us. Very clean and lovely stuff. Nothing to complain. Good breakfast! The pool is small but enough for relaxing in the evening after beachtime. The Cottages/villas have all veranda for privacy. Best position for us, very quite but only a few minutes to main street with lots of restaurants, bars and markets. Down to Aonang beach it is a 15-20 min walk or you use the shuttle which is offered from hotel (for free and every full hour). Nice service! We loved ir there.

staff was very nice, but the ability to speak english was a little bit limited, which is not a problem, until you need to discuss something more specific the towels were not in good condition - too washed out, not 100% clean the services provided were quite limited - that was not a problem for me, but for some people it could be too basic (no alcoholic drinks except beer, restaurant offers 4-5 dishes and very good smoothies, but closes at 3 pm)

The young lady manager of the 3 properties was a very, very nice, well mannered, welcoming and informative person. The hotel room, the facilities, the grounds and the entire staff were excellent. We even had a looris, นางอาย, visit us on our 4th floor "mountain view 3 person" room balcony. I speak, read/write Thai and all the staff were very polite, pleasing and helpful in every regard. The breakfast was outstanding. A real nice, comfortable place.

It's a shame there was no bar/cafe near the pool or in the hotel. You can buy a can of beer but there's no glass. It may be because the area is more Muslim which we didn't really know.

Beautiful situation with the hills and a little more breeze than we expected. The room and pool were great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Shame there was no bar to sit at in the evening. We used the two local restaurants on the three nights we were there. The free taxi service 9-9 back and forward to Ao Nang town was a bonus. We found Ao Nang town to be rammed with tourists and shops and a beach that wasn't as clean as we'd been used to. Plenty of young people and night life if it's what you want but not near the hotel. It's good to see people with different beliefs living and working together so well.

The breakfast was decent. The drinks menu and afternoon service at the bar/pool was not great - I would imagine the hotel would make a lot more money had they a good drinks, cocktail and food menu available in the afternoon and evening.

The pool and accommodation were fantastic, and the fee taxi service to Ao nang beach was really useful..

The usual anti-social behaviour of certain guests, who think it is acceptable to put a towel on sunbeds first thing in the morning and don't turn up to use them for hours. Not entirely the hotels fault, but they should have systems in place to prevent this practice, as should all hotels.

This was the perfect hotel for us. It was out of town, but not too far. The hotels' complimentary taxi made getting down to the beach/town centre very easy. Getting back there at night was made very easy with the availability of the many tuk-tuks, which only cost about 150baht. The pool was great, but could do with a few more sunbeds. The breakfast was great, with enough variation to satisfy everyones needs really. There are enough bars and restaurants within walking distance, which are much better and cheaper than the ones downtown, if you fancy a quiet night.
