Ukraine- THE INTERNET. (Please if you are reading this: change this freaking login system, it's terrible) Few times a day you have to re-login to wifi.(pass and login) and the speed is not that good. I was angry about it every day. - Location is not what I expected, not a terrible problem, but it could be for some people. - My window is facing the pool(and 2 floor), not much privacy next is not 100% related to the hotel: - I liked the prices and ingredients in the restaurant, but please work on receipts. (Onion is more of a spice than a vegetable. Don't put THAT much of it in burgers and sandwiches, and google some sauces please). If you do this- this would be one of the best places to eat in Ao Nang.
- Breakfast is good. esp good for it's value - They clean every day(at least change towels and take off garbage and fold the bed, which is unusual in Thailand for me) - I'd like to mention that the price in a local restaurant is the same as in general(they don't overcharge as many hotels do), the same goes for transport services - The room is big, the staff is friendly - They bring water everyday(which is wonderfull for me)

GermanyIt was very very yucky to go outside after it got dark because the hallways were outside, and there were so many bugs everywhere. It seemed like a massacre happened, so many were dead on the floor and still so many more alive (on the walls, in the air, the floor, the doors). It says here that it is only 600 meters to the beach, but since you have to walk a different way, it becomes about 1,3km. Which is okay if you have a scooter and there seems to be a free beach shuttle twice a day. The bathroom was not really clean (hair on the floor and sink and weird spots in the sink) as well as that the shower pressure could have been better.
Price- quality was very good. Rooms were clean enough and nice, with a balcony and pool view, and the staff was super helpful. We booked the transfer to Koh Samui with them, and it worked smoothly. Breakfast was okay, though if you are vegan/ vegetarian, you might have to make extra requests.

ThailandNot much really. The hotel is a bit of a walking distance from the main strip and the beach; there is a shuttle but it only runs twice a day. I think that can definitely be improved. Not really the hotel's fault but rather a cultural issue; of the 4 days that I stayed in the hotel, the same bunch of Australians were always in the pool, drinking beer without pause and having jolly but quite loud conversations. If I had a pool-view room, I may have began feeling a bit annoyed by this. So, beware; the more expensive pool-view rooms may not be necessarily better.
The hotel was overall comfortable, clean and satisfactory. The initial room I was given was overlooking the empty parking lot across the road; a view that I rather not have. When I mentioned this and asked if they had alternatives, I was able to move to another room with a better view. The attitude and competence of the personnel makes a big difference, I think. In my case, the person working the reception (I believe her name is Chawinnut - sorry if I misspelled it) made a big difference in improving experience. Not only was she initially helpful in finding an alternate room (which made staying at the hotel so much more enjoyable), she also arranged to replace the kettle in the room (which was very old and kind of rusty). Finally, the day when I was stung by jellyfish, when I came to the hotel and asked for white vinegar (to help with the sting), she immediately procured it, even though the kitchen was closed. And she did all these with a kind smile and enthusiasm. Her helpful and competent attitude was remarkable and I think should be an example for others. The hotel has a right to be proud of having an exemplary staff like her. In terms of amenities, the pool is nice (if not very deep), with an incredible view of the rockface behind the hotel. You are also provided with towels to use.

IrelandSuch a beautiful location, the hotel itself was very nice, always clean throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful & they always greeted myself and my son whenever they saw us around the hotel. Our room was lovely and spacious. We spent a weekend here and honestly could’ve stayed even longer. The room service & restaurant in the hotel was delicious & they have a free shuttle down to the beach everyday aswell. The pool was really good & it’s a big size, we had a balcony room and the view from there every morning was breathtaking.

The hotel is in a great location, tucked away from the main road but still very close to the beach and shops. The room was amazing, big bed and spacious room. The best part of the hotel was the pool which we used for a couple of days. The breakfast was also very good, continental style with many options to chose from. The hotel has laundry, they organise tour/taxi and many other things that can be useful for travelers. The staff was also very kind and always helpful!

New ZealandWe were hoping to have a view of the pool side but we had a view of the carpark which wasn't as nice. The room was a bit dated in appearance but still had everything you need and was a decent size.
Awesome large pool with a pool bar and surrounded by stunning mountains. Kept clean. Friendly staff. Tidy room with toiletries and bottled water. Helpful that the accommodation had its own free taxi service at certain times in the day - we wish we knew this at the start of our stay. Nice breakfast selection available.

Nice hotel in a great location for the local shops and restaurants. It has an AMAZING beach frontage and lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of foods and a very good egg station too. The beach restaurant was very good with a good menu and the cocktail happy hour was sensational. Staff very nice and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again should i return to Koh Lanta
