Definitely the aging facilities

Location - 11/10. Quiet, near to metro, BTS, shops and mall Cleanliness - 9/10 Room - 7/10 spacious but with poor sound insulation Staff - 10/10 - very helpful and friendly Facilities - 6/10. The biggest problem overall. The hotel is in a need of renovation

Stayed there for 2 nights. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities but the property was very nice and clean. Staff were all polite and helpful. Location was great. Right next to Terminal 21 with many massage services near by. 7/11 and a nice restaurant just outside.

The staff at the pool on the 9th floor can be a bit more polite. He was not very enthusiastic in greeting guests

Not much food options in the hotel but since the area has plenty of that, you can consider walking around to get food.

Nothing major, the electric curtain was not working in my room, and my friend had to change room coz of some smell in the room after check in. Would be nice if the rooftop pool opens earlier

our double room was smaller than the twin room our family member got. thus it didn't have as much space for our luggages. but it's still a decent sized room, just smaller than the twin.

the LOCATION. it was a short walk away from T21 and asok station / sukhumvit metro, and had good massage & 7-11 along the walk back to hotel. The bed was comfy, and actually I thought it look like a really nice hotel, ie I can imagine it being a posh hotel when it first opened but I feel some of the things/amenities now require some updating in terms of wear & tear.

Furniture was a little dated, as can see signs of wear and tear. Shower can be a lot warmer as it tends to be on the colder side. Rooms need to have a quick dail list as it took us some time to figure out the reception desk number. Laundry bags are upon request instead of readily available in the room.

Very convenient location, 5 min walk from the main BTS and MRT line. Surrounded with both local and cafe eateries. Sizeable room with comfortable beds and decent room ammenities. Staff were attentive, and room service was pretty fast.

The Suite should have been nicer. The second room should host a proper Queen bed or 2 Single Beds. Size of the second room should be bigger whereas the communal hall or TV room space should be reduced.

The not all of the lights worked in the main bedroom of our family suite. Similarly, a couple of power outlets didn't either. And the blinds for the bathrooms also didn't function (they're a questionable design idea anyway and thankfully they were doing their job in their blocked position). None of this impacted our stay and I'd definitely book here again the future.

We stayed here twice during a recent visit to Thailand. It's a beautiful hotel in the middle of Sukhumvit, but because its set back from the street the rooms are quiet and even the rooftop pool is peaceful. Even just walking back down the drive way at night was lovely because of the design. Plus the staff are so friendly and helpful, particularly the doormen and the housekeeping staff. Because of this, the whole hotel has a really nice atmosphere. It really suits small families and couples.
