I think the breakfast would be enhanced quite a lot if it had an egg omelette bar rather than cold fried eggs in a bay Marie. Plus the addition of peanut butter next to the toast wouldn’t hurt. I do question if they empty and refill the jams and salad dressings each day as I see they were the same as the day before… Full of bacteria I would say

The room service meals value the breakfast was okay didn’t like the way I was asked repeatedly via messages through Booking.com if I would like to upgrade to a room with a veranda. I did do this and in doing so I got a room with a veranda for an extra $50 for the seven day stay. Although on arrival I discover that every room has a veranda and I was ripped off. Do not upgrade as they ask because you don’t need to as far as I could see every room had a veranda/balcony.

Mattress was too sagging for me - hurt my back. They charged VAT on my laundry without warning me - should be upfront with all costs; refused to waive the VAT. Breakfast was very basic. Hot water ran out quickly (after about 5 mins of shower). 2 x UK plus sockets provided but too close together so could only use one and too close to the desk so bent the wire of my iphone cable.

Basic but in good condition and reasonable facilities. Staff were friendly, pool was nice and not too busy. Overall my stay was fine but there quite a few 'snagging' item I think they can improve.

Very comfortable rooms and a small kitchen. I wish there were some more utensils in the kitchen. Its a 5-7 minute walk to srt or mrt stations and there is a 7-11 nearby for quick shopping.

This is my go to hotel in Bangkok. Great location close to Lumphini park, BTS, Nice restaurants, Shopping. Has parking too! Large rooms, apartments if you want a larger place at a decent price, Even has a pool and good breakfast.

The room overall was great, the bath needed a curtain to stop the water going everywhere. Main disappointment was the breakfast, we paid extra for it and it was so bad. Not worth the money at all and really frustrated I paid for it. There was not a lot of options, the eggs were completely overcooked and so was the bacon. There was a lot of staff so I’m surprised they couldn’t do eggs to order. Just not good, I skipped most breakfasts or if I went I had cereal.

The room was quite big with a kitchenette which included a hob that was handy. TV worked well with a few English speaking channels, AC was good. It was generally a good stay, no noise at night and in a great location not too far from the station

the swimming pool is smaller than expected.

Nice locality, on a quite road. Some very swanky restaurants in the vicinity. 10 mins walk to BTS Saladaeng, and Lumpini Park. good eating options, 711 around. It was a 1 bedroom apartment - spacious and comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathroom.

The bathroom could do with some renovation as it looked old and run down- there was a shower head in the bathtub but no curtain so water went everywhere and the only place to put the shower head was way too low to use during the shower. WiFi was almost unusable.

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The gym was very well equipped and the room was nice and big.

Female security guard was very rude when we were leaving and acted like she was the hotel manager. Very off putting. Balcony was a little dirty.

TV reception and WiFi signal that was very slow. Breakfast was not great and I would rather eat out. All the rest was really good so cant complain.

My room was on the top floor and was quiet and the traffic did not disturb me. The rooms are very big and I actually was very impressed by the way the layout worked. Very good layout of the kitchen (could do with a toaster) and facilities. The bathroom was huge and very good - a couple would enjoy the bath which was next to the shower. The bedroom was very well setup and the cupboard space and storage throughout the apartment was enough for a huge family! The drawing/lounge was very well positioned. There is a TV in the bedroom and lounge with limited English content, however reception was not great. I opted for breakfast but would not recommend it. All in all much better than I expected.

Maybe the swimming pool was a bit small

Slightly old room, especially the bathroom. Not super close to transport options, but not far either. These points are just being picky as nothing was really bad or ruined my time, just it wasn't perfection. Somehow, it was very very noisy from the road, it wasn't a major road but at night every single car or vehicle passing by felt so so noisy, like my bed was in the middle of the road (5th floor so not even at street level). I am a very fussy sleeper though, so I am not even rating this too low because I am so sensitive to noise, but it really was inexplicable how much noise it was!

It seems more of a serviced apartment kind of place than a hotel for short stays, anyway that's totally fine. They somehow upgraded my room and it was a whole apartment, which was epic! I'd totally live there. It was a bit old-looking but okay, things still worked and it was clean. The location was okay, but not amazing - a short enough walk to Lumphini metro station (less than the 10-11 minutes suggested by google) and a bit more, like 15 minutes to BTS at Sala Daeng. Breakfast had quite good variety and, for what I tried, okay quality. I think it was all adequate for the price. It is functional and comfortable.
