Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyCheck-out time is at 11am an hour earlier than in other places.
Quiet location in nanai soi 8. But still very central next to lots of restaurants and bars. Also jungceylon, beach and bangla walkable in 10 to 15 minutes. Room is basic but clean. Good value for money here in Phuket, Patong area. The Owner was a nice and helpful person.

Tony is great host: I arrived before check-in time and was very tired due to jet lag, so he checked me in 2 hours before official time! Also I had heavy bag and my room was on the 4th floor (there is no lift), so Tony lifted it by himself. About the hotel and room - they are simple and at the same time clean, neat and all that you need is there.

SerbiaEverything was great - the bed comfy, everything clean, AC and Wi Fi worked well. I purposely chose this place for my stay in Patong because it is in a quiet street away from all the noise and crowds, but everything you'd need is still within walking distance - the beach is ~10min on foot, as well as the bars & clubs. There are also plenty of restaurants around. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very sweet, and special kudos to Antonio as the most welcoming host - he really puts effort into making you feel At Home :) Thanks again Antonio for everything 🙌

United KingdomHad an amazing time in Phuket also thanks to Toni, the manager of this hotel, who made us feel, literally "at home". Perfect location, the best cappuccino in town, and lots and lots of good recommendations. The hotel also offers scooter rental, which is ideal. We had fresh towels and water in the fridge every day, fully working AC in our room that cools the space down very quickly. If we're back in Phuket, this is where we'll be staying. Thank you!!

Antoni the owner of the hotel is an incredible friendly man who always smiles. He is very professional and the rooms are very big and very clean as well. I was very amazed by the cheap price because honestly I saw worse than this In patong but much more expensive so don’t hesitate and go there. Plus, it’s close to patong beach and all the parties near. Thanks a lot for everything and thank you as well to your staff.
