The location of the hotel is in a deep soi (far from the main road). However, it's fine by me because I traveled with my car.

The room was clean and furnished with electric stove and washing machine which was over expecting. Actually, it was the second visit and the service plus staff were still excellent.

A lot of noise at the pool. Rude and noisy guests at the poolside. Also, many times playing their own music, this along with the hotel music made it unbearable at the poolside. These people should be asked by the management not to play their own music at such volume and to behave like adults. I know it is hard for the female staff to approach these kinds of people. Also, I would suggest that staff do regular walkarounds at the poolside to check for used plates, empty drinks and towels that have been left on loungers from guests that have gone. There was often a build up of this kind of thing,

Staff were great and facilities were very good. The service staff at the pool area were lovely and took great care of us every day. Always smiling and with a great friendly demeanour. The rooms are really great and spacious. Also, the bathroom, with eth Japanese style toilet was a really nice touch.

Nueng, Focus and Beam - the wonderful fairies at the reception desk made me feel safe and happy during my stay. The room was perfect, so was the pool, where I loved to hang out. At Mind bistro was also excellent with fabulous staff. ARDEN made my Pattaya-week. Thank you so much, my fairies!

Was staying on level 2, close to pool. Only thing I could maybe complain about was another guest who would sit by the pool all day playing middle eastern music of which I thought was quite loud all day... Not everybody's taste in music and loud enough to drown out my own music in my room. Have stayed before but on upper floors

Would have liked oatmeal/porridge to be available at breakfast. I made my own and took down to breakfast with me. Ladies toilet at the swimming pool is very small and the bin too large, making it difficult to move. Also was not unusual for the toilet paper to run out in the afternoon, so needs checking more often.

Breakfast chef very obliging, making crispy bacon and soft boiled egg. Washing machine in room is very convenient. Cleaner always did a good job cleaning the room.

Location was a little bit scary no foot paths but then a lot of area doesn't have them. There was a 7-11 over the road so able to get snacks etc.

Staff very friendly hotel/suite very clean. Ideal for family 2 beds and 2 bathroom. They provided free cot for baby too.
