We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is great.. the facilities and the atmosphere of the hotel are nice and the staff was very helpful.

JordanThe hotel restaurant closed at 6pm, which was just ridiculous and meant the comfort of having a restaurant on site was completely negated. The toilet had a glass door which was very uncomfortable as the person on the toilet could basically be seen from anywhere in the room. The location as provided by the hotel was not where it actually was, so it took us a while to find us.
Nice room with hard enough bed and an extra bed bunk to the side of our toddler with direct access to the pool, which was great for early morning and afternoon swims. I really liked the fact that the toilet and the shower were in separate rooms.

United Arab EmiratesAfter traveling for 6 hours, we arrived at the hotel at 9 pm. We had to wait around 10 minutes for any assistance. After knowing the hotel combined two beds into one, we requested to have another room one king bed, she refused immediately saying that we are full and you won't be refunded the amount we paid. And then she started showing us attitude. After agreeing with all the terms she showed us to our room. Keep in mind that i came here a year ago and the service was much better than it was at check in.

We loved this resort. The room was very comfortable, immaculate and had everything we needed. We asked for a packed breakfast for two mornings as we were off to Khao Yai park early, and it was excellent. We had a breakfast on our last morning and could not fault it. Beautiful grounds with a lovely pool. Very quiet location.

ThailandThe room doors are not good and need to fix. There was a party by a big group of customers at night. It's very noisy at night until 10.40 pm. When I checked out, I forgot to ask for the key deposit. I think the staff should give it to the customer automatically when they return the key cards. I rang me after I left the resort for a while, I had to drive back to get the deposit of 500 bahts. Those are not good experiences.
I stayes in 2 bedroom villa. The bed rooms are big. Each room has a separate area for living room. Also, there are two separate toilets in a bed room. The two bedroom shared a private pool in the backyard. That's all great things I like.
