So much better than I expected for an airport hotel. Pool was amazing, able to swim up to hotel room. Beds soft and comfortable, best beds we stayed in for our whole stay in thailand. Managed to get great sleep before early flight

Good location if you want to be near the Phuket airport, otherwise it is not the best. The hotel was clean, comfortable and good value for money. The staff was nice and helped us book a reasonably priced taxi.

The breakfast is very basic and when we arrived there was almost nothing left for us to eat. This was disappointing because we wanted to have something to eat before we were off on a long drive.

The hotel is located near to the airport and the front desk is open late which was very helpful when we were arriving in on a late flight. The room and facilities are clean and well maintained.

I was double charged for this room during the stay, neither booking.com nor the hotel have been helpful in resolving the problem. It has been over a month since our stay finished and still haven’t had this resolved or had any updates on the issue I have raised.

The hotel was great, the facilities are good and staff were friendly during our stay. The pool area is great and sauna and ice bath are great additions. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great for our stay close to a lot of the big gyms and fitness areas.

It was completely hard of hearing. We heard our neighbors all the time! How the TV was playing and when people were shouting outside despite the night's rest. I think the hotel should definitely do something about this, because it's anything but relaxing. And the snacks in the morning could at least have juices or a few more fruits.

Everything was clean and you always get the cleaning on request. The hotel is very modern for 3 stars and could easily compete with 4 star hotels. The pool was nice and there is also a kitchen for the hotel guests to help themselves. There are also washing machines.

Wifi a bit hit and miss, lots of noisy kids in the pool, fridge in room not cold enough for freezer to make a few ice cubes even when empty. The power would go off briefly each day and turn off the hot water unit which then needed to be reset by staff. Perhaps there is a problem with the supply amount when the hotel is very full.

Very comfortable bed, lovely pool, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Late checkout for a reasonable price. Very clean. Spacious room and bathroom. We had a spacious balcony though no seating there.

Quite far from anything, 20 minute walk to the beach which is rough in the heat!

Really clean rooms, shower is fab, staff are lovely and helpful and the pool area is nice too. Loved the free snack bar in the mornings and vending machines with beers and snacks. Also a free water dispenser was a lifesaver! Also 10 minutes from the airport tops!

This hotel is super nice! Definitely more like Western level standards than Thai. We had a big room that went straight on to the pool and it was amazing. It’s really clean The instructions everywhere are good The Tv has loads of channels The morning snack bar is sufficient for breakfast They have beach toys for the children and some floats for the pool They have beach towels and pool towels you can use 🙌 Good self service washing facilities Good shared kitchen The walk to the beach is fine and the market is really near the property Staff are nice and helpful Like the design of the hotel
