The beach does not offer any summoners for guests, only if paying to use the beach club. I think they could provide these as most hotels do.

Hotel was very clean and modern and is located directly on the beach. Breakfast was very good and had everything you would expect. Food menus had a good selection and the beach club (Seen) is a great place to chill for the day. Staff are amazing. Especially, Wila, Flook, Bank, Cream and Louise, to name but a few. Nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond. ❤️

The property isn’t well advertised on booking.com, we were not expecting it to be so loud on certain days in the evening with lots of drunk people. It is not advertised on booking.com as a party hotel, and the beach club is part of the hotel but is explained as being next door. When we arrived at 7pm the music was extremely loud and when offered a welcome cocktail by the staff, we were given a shot which I personally do not think is something you would get at a 5 star hotel. I informed the property that we were celebrating our engagement and was told they would decorate the room, however there was nothing. The beach club is gorgeous, however for the price we paid to stay in the hotel, I was expecting sun-beds on the beach front, but if you want this you have to pay up to 5,000 THB. I think that there should be free access to the beach club facilities if you are a paying guest at the hotel. I personally would not stay at this hotel again and would choose a hotel where there is less noise and access to sun-beds on the beach.

The property is very clean and modern, the pool is lovely and so is the restaurant area. Staff are always happy to help and very approachable!

The hotel is based around the beach club, sadly no beds on the beach or round the beach club pool for guests. We paid for a bed one day which was great but it would add up to pay for one everyday. There is another nice pool for hotel guests but it loses the sun in the afternoon. We wanted to sit and use the beach club pool which is allowed but it’s awkward on where to leave your bags/ clothes / towels unless you’ve paid for a bed. Two nights here was enough for us but we did still enjoy it.

Music was great but there was no way to escape it. If only it had been 1 or 2 dB lower the rooms would be mostly quiet. Aircon was great but "dry mode" wasn't working and at times the humidity condensed on the sheets and walls - expected - but maybe it can be solved?

Can't comment as everything was just perfect.

Breakfast was amazing, all the staff members went out of their way and beyond to help and assist especially the reception staff - Pila, Note and Bank. Also the chef Martin pulled all the stops for all our wedding guests and also Nunning and other restaurant staff were just incredible. Avani should consider itself very lucky to have such valuable staff members as a hospitality business.

Rooms in the middle building were a little bit smelly from humidity. Price for drinks overrated compared with other Chaweng and Samui locations.

Perfect location for young people who want to be in the middle of Chaweng action center. Seen Beach Club is part of the location with nice pool, good music and good vibes every day. Plus if you want silence, you have a second pool just next to rooms. Rooms are very good sound proof. Food in the restaurant very good, but not many choices. Hotel is nice, clean and good value for money.

It was our anniversary and I had asked for something special for my partner which didn't happen but we loved the property regardless.

This property had a lovely beach club! The location is great right on Chewang Beach. All Malin & Goetz products in the bathroom which was a lovely touch. Welcoming experience was pleasant as we were greeted with a smile, cold towel and a shot. Not sure if I'd do a long stay but 3-4 nights is perfect for this beautiful property. Thank you for having us!

the sunbeds on the beach do not belong to the hotel, there is an additional fee of 3000-15000 THB for them, the client rests at another hotel !!! Big problem...

stay longer in Samui

the bed was very comfortable. I have no comments on the breakfast. The staff is very friendly, especially Miss May, who helped us with the reservation and arranging some documents. For those who want peace, this hotel is not suitable because there is live music with a DJ under the hotel every day.

At least some day beds by the bar should be available for hotel guests to use at no cost, just to lounge, enjoy the views, music etc. Prices to reserve any day bed (5000 THB) are exorbitant.
