The location is awesome, near to train station. You can easily travel to touristic places (not walking distance).

Australia16 reviews“Can do better”Check in was 2pm. Reception wouldn't let me check in on arrival 12.40pm had to pay additional baht. But room ac was not working and technicians were called and took 30 minutes to fix ac. Reception would not rebate my payment fir early room check in, however, when I said I might check out, Reception give me a free breakfast voucher. I am well aware that generally check in is 2pm, however, if the room is ready, I see no reason why the hotel can't allow you to check in early, very annoying particularly when you find out hotel is not fully booked. It's not good PR.

Had to be moved because there was water dripping from ceiling onto the bed (not near an ac vent). When we first came in, staff completely ignored us. Seems a bit dated.

Bed was pretty comfortable, location was really nice next to 7-11 and train station.

Room 807. Some bulbs not working. No breakfast served. (Booking.com said it was additional.) LOUD MUSIC from nearby home until 23;30. Reception called security. Security called police? After midnight no-one answers phone in office. How can a guest report an emergency??

I hope if I return in the future, it's a better experience. But as a note to the manager, you will see the night before I left several messages via Booking and those were unanswered but the review was noticed immediately. ORIGINAL: No hot water, air conditioner went off and on, water pressure super low. I paid for a suite, the best room they had. Room itself is old and the furniture and a lot of the power outlets don’t work. I don’t mind that as much. But I do mind is taking cold showers. The hotel is primarily empty and they would not even offer to change rooms. this is not a good place. Avoid for this area, this hotel is expensive. I thought this would be good because of what we paid. Definitely not true.
it has a good location and 20 years ago this place was probably great.
