Near the bus terminal and downtown but in a quiet street (seems to be in the country). We juste had to walk. Nice rooms. Breakfast ok. Very nice people. Manu activities to do (recommandation for white and blue temples)

Rooster in the morning. It was very loud. Water in the shower was just easy warm.

Bed was a tad firm but thats just me. Shame they dont have cable TV for us foreigners, that would be great on a rainy day when you are stuck in your room

Location is excellent, nice and quite yet just a short walk to the markets and many places to eat. Room was a good size with a small fridge and TV ( only Thai channels tho) Free coffee/ tea/ milo station 24 hrs a day. Also have washing machines on site and you can get powders here too 😁 All in all, i would definitely stay here again. Oh, and they can orginise motor scooter hire also.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim and there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom which made it a little more complicated but not the end of the world.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, making sure I was able to eat breakfast every day even before they officially opened for breakfast. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a mini fridge.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very good. You can walk to the clock tower and to a lot of different restaurant. The hotel was clean. We had new bottle of water and clean towel everyday. The quality is very good for the price.

To enter the room, we had to slide open a glass door. They had put up a curtain behind the door, which we kept closed the entire time (otherwise other people could look straight into our room). Mattress was on the hard side.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Chiang Rai night bazaar. Room was clean and tidy and bathroom had a separate shower area. Staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Could do our own laundry (had to pay 30 bahts for both the washer and the dryer). Breakfast was pretty good.

No elevator. You'll have to climb a steep staircase if you stay upstairs.

Great place, breakfast served every morning with a choice of different dishes. Location is fantastic, only 5 minutes from the bus station. Laundry service on-site and next door. You can also book tours. Would recommend this guesthouse to other travellers.

Rooms was not cleaned well. One of the dustbin was not emptied during my whole stay (4 nights). On the opposite side of the street there is a restaurant with quite loud music. They starts afternoon and finish about 10-11 pm. It was irritating.

It is kind of guesthouse located in the area full of similar places. It looks like a bit of countryside, but only 5 minutes to downtown bus terminal and 10 minutes to town centre. The room was not big, but include all necessary things. So all in all it was not bad decision to stay there.

We stayed in two rooms and both were clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, A/C was working well and there was also an extra fan. Plenty of space. They also have breakfast options and drinks which are reasonable priced. Coffee and tea are always available free of charge. Outside area is inviting.
