Everything was perfect.

The owner of the establishment is amazing : welcoming, fun, so nice and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and well equiped. We hired a scooter at a good price for the day with the owner as well. Also, the night markets are at a walking-distance from the hotel and are the best we had in Thailand ! Cheap prices, nice people and delicious food.

At first we were told that there was a self service laundry place very nearby, and then she said it was actually farther, and then she asked if we wanted her to do it our take our laundry for us. We finally ended up walking 10-15 minutes to get to a self-service place. This was not terrible, but just very confusing. Additionally, there was a bit of a mix-up with our check in time, but she tried to clean a room for us as soon as she could.

Our room was pretty nice and comfortable. Everything was kept clean as well. This is not necessarily a good or bad thing, but I was not aware that there would be cats there. My friend enjoyed playing with them though.

Location is a bit far out of town, you need a scooter.

Host was extremely helpful, solved issues really quickly and organised a scooter for us. Room big, clean and comfy bed.

- room was quite dark, but that is their style I guess - mattress was really hard - Tours and transfer through the Homestay were rather disappointing.. mass tourism clearence and sketchy minivan company

There is no lift in the hotel. But the owner gave me a downstairs room, which I was very happy with.

I loved this hotel. The industrial style decor has been softened by the personal decorative touches of the owner, which made this place wonderful. It has a minimalist and uncluttered spacious feel to it. My room was spacious with two large double, comfortable beds. The bathroom too was spacious. There was a little terrace with plants, and I often had my coffee there. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. There are also plenty of restaurants, 7/11 and a supermarket nearby. The town centre is only about 15 minutes on foot. It is located in a quiet area. The owner is the most charming, helpful person a guest can ever meet. Her personality makes this place exceptional. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay in Baan Bida was very good. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with enough space. It’s outside from the tourist hotspot Ao Nang and less crowded. There you can rent a scooter and watch all the things you want by your own. Next to Baan Bida are some restaurants and also shops where you can buy food or drinks. We really enjoyed and we would choose the same place again. Thank you “O” for our great stay with you! It was a pleasure to meet you and hope to see you again!

The owner was super friendly and very helpful and friendly. When I came back from island hopping drenched wet and needed to get my clothes, laundred. Helped to send and collect them. Really, there is so much care and support. I am so happy with the services and very near to the shops about 500m from the lodge.

Cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Friendly staff, a few good eateries and lotus supermarket are just a few mins walk away. Lovely balcony with trees if you are staying at ground floor unit.

Was a bit of a walk to the waterfront/park/market area but still easy enough to get to

Just stayed for one night & totally fit the bill for me. Loved the little patio area - no view, mind you, but green & private & great for morning coffee. Nice tile work in the bathroom. Helpful & friendly owner.😄
