superb location that is mixture of residential and tourists. you will get to eat local food, buy things at good price and massage in local places that isn't commercialized

Only thing missing is a safe in the room.

Great! Nice location as you can walk to the beach, Bangla rd etc but also not in the middle of it so it’s quiet. Very big room and very nice staff.

Road in front of the hotel is crowded, it can disturb you in the mornings.

Staff was very kind and helpful, we will not forget. Room was clean and location is a bit far to Patong Beach by walking, you should have a motorbike or car. We love this place, price performance.

A lot of steps to the room if restricted mobility. Poor balcony with my room Take a padlock for extra security in reception security box 15 mins walk to Bangla road but new Doodees eating only 5 mins away

The room was a good size with a good size double bed. Check in was excellent and the lady on reception was very helpful. Shower was good with hot water. Room tidied daily if required Free water daily and coffee in reception. Best thing was having a room (my friends room) with a large balcony I have booked again (hoping I get the bigger balcony room this time!) 7/11 almost next door Try OTOP bars less than 15 mins walk

The room next to the road is very noisy. Ask for a room away from the road.

Super cool place in great price, great helpfull service ln reception, place very clean, good location, quite but close to main beach, great food places around, good quality massage next door, rent a motorbike option in hotel in good price... much better than I expect!

Unfortunately the room is nearby a main road so it's a bit noisy during the night. But this is the "price" you have to pay for a structure close by the center. You can also find other hotels more far from the center but then you have to take into consideration to walk more everyday. I think this position is a good compromise.

This hotel is about 1km from the real center and the beach. Nice bedroom, very clean, big enough for one or two, free water daily. It has no breakfast service but nearby you can easily find something to eat: I suggest, getting out of the hotel and taking the left direction, to stop at a facility where you can have a good rice with chicken, vegetables, eggs...for 40 baht! The personnel is simply fantastic: very friendly and always willing to help you when you have questions. The price is very very good compared to what you get. I also appreciated the balcony where you can sit and have a smoke (if you're a smoker of course!). I will book this hotel again if I will have the opportunity to go to Phuket again.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff were amazing and the room was big in size with comfy beds. The attached washroom was also very good in a fantastic place. Just 10-15 minutes walk away from Patong beach.
