Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceAircon was blowing too cold air regardless of the setting. Aging hotel overall, def needs a refresh without being unacceptable as is. Steep stairs. Bad sound and thermal insulation. Breakfast was very basic compared to similarly priced hotels in Thailand. No cold water in the evening. Bed mattress not great.
Staff was super nice and helpful. Superb swimming pool. Location was great. Wifi did the job with no password hassle. Large room.

United KingdomPoor internet connection Staff were very miserable on reception on a daily basis.Never any sort of greeting or acknowledgement as we passed by the desk .They didn’t appear to know how to smile or say hello. Never ever experienced this in any hotel in Thailand and I come twice a year for last 23 years. Even on checking out no Thank you for staying , no have a safe trip , no would you like a taxi . Zero interaction . The guy in the lobby selling excursions was total opposite. Extremely bubbly and extremely friendly. Always acknowledged as we walked by . Asking how our day went , what we did/planned to do etc etc

United StatesThe WiFi was the worst of any place we’d stayed at in a dozen SE Asia hotels these past two months, and was it was really frustrating. For us, this is a deal killer, and we wouldn’t return just on this factor alone. It’s also 15-20 minutes walk from the busy, fun areas, which is a factor for us, but not everyone, obviously. And try and get on the first or second floor, because it’s quite a trek up to the fourth floor, like we had in this no-elevator resort. But perhaps it’s perfect for someone who wants a little remoteness, wants quiet, and doesn’t care about being connected 😊
This is a quiet location at the south end of Patong Beach; still beachfront, yet away from the loud noises and parties after 10. I liked the pool area, although sometimes there weren’t enough spaces available (15-20) and I had to basically sit behind, in the restaurant. But it’s a very peaceful setting, and in the shade for much of the day due to the heights of the surrounding buildings. The breakfast was average I’d say, nothing fantastic tasting or unique, but filling and with pretty good variety, and as much as you wanted…..although it’d be nice if at least more than one of the rotating cooks actually knew the difference between types of egg preparations that were pictured to be available. The staff in all the different areas were very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I went through the hotel’s travel agent that’s next to the front desk, and was very pleased with two sets of tour and transportation tickets he secured for us, as the price was very competitive with everywhere else I’d checked, and both things I’d paid for went off very smoothly. If you’re like me, it’s usually not worth the extra effort to figure it out yourself if you can simply trust the on-site guy to get you what you want at a decent price.

United KingdomThere is little to no sun in the pool area. Unfortunately our neighbours on both adjoining balconies constantly smoked dope. It was unpleasant and we were not able to sit outside in the evening.
Location is good. At a quieter end of seafront but easy walk to busy area. Staff were brilliant.

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom and balcony was a good size. Breakfast was a generous buffet with a good mix of fruit, hot and cold food and juices and coffee or tea. Staff are lovely! Pool was spotless and reasonably long and deep. Location is amazing, just opposite the beach and has lots of cafes, restaurants and things to do nearby.

United KingdomWe booked pool access which cost extra, but it didn’t have any steps into the pool from our terrace, you have to go through the restaurant down the corridor to re-enter your room. Not what we expected. Only around 10-15 sunloungers around the pool.
Staff were very friendly & helpful with any requests. Location was good for the beach. A few bars nearby plenty of hotel bars.
