The outside bathroom was definitely a drawback, we had multiple cockroaches in our shower and there were a lot of bugs/mosquitos! The hotel was good value for money but if you hate bugs this one probably isn’t for you.

The lady on reception was so sweet and always asked how our day had been. She also let us check in a little early as we arrived around 11am. The hotel was in a good location and the night markets were only a short walk away. The AC worked well and the free water refill was appreciated!

The operator is super friendly and helpful. Actually a very nice accommodation, but unfortunately not particularly well maintained and kept clean. It should urgently be cleaned and renovated. However, the location is sensational. Only a few meters to the center and yet quiet.

The bathrooms are outside so even though it’s private you can hear everyone else using the toilets and showers. We stayed in room 3 downstairs and whoever was staying above was really noisy/lots of banging. The bed was very very hard.

Only a 5 min walk to the bus station and night bazar.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, not even sure it was cleaned before we checked in. Beds were really hard and keep in mind that’s an old house and not really soundproof.

It’s a old traditional wooden house, location is okay. Night bazaar and clock tower easy within walking distance. the room was spacious. Equipped with enough plugs, hairdryer and ac. Pillows & blanket were comfy. The woman at the reception is really sweet and friendly.

A pleasant place for a short stay. The main problem were the bugs.

The main problem was by far the bugs in the room, which is understandable given the location and surroundings, but it really was a hassle. We killed dozens of them and had no idea where they were coming from. The light in the room also failed quite often, and only worked when it decided to. The corners of the room were also quite dusty, which was bad seeing as that's the direction the headboards were. You could smell it when trying to sleep.

The staff was really friendly and eager to help whenever needed. The location was nice. Close to a 7-eleven and a 5 min walk from the pubs and restaurants in the area.

For the price I have nothing to complain about. If the room would be more expensive there would be some things I would mention.

No problems, easy, pretty cheap, close to some good resturants, 7/11, and the night bazaar.

I don't know who would call this place clean. Really, I don't understand. I think those are the same people who are happy with "cleanliness" in India 😉. This place isn't clean. I stayed in room #3, first floor. The bathroom is outside. There's no window in this "room" either. The towel or your clothes won't be dry while you stay there. Humidity is through the roof all the time. The first night was ok (with ear plugs). As the walls are like paper. I think I could poke a hole with my finger. Starting from the second night it was a nightmare. If your neighbors talk - you will hear it. They sneeze - you'll hear it. They whisper the secrets - yup, you got it, you'll hear them too. If you're on the first floor, you may say good bye to your sleep as if there are guests on the second floor - you're right, bingo, you won't sleep. The floor is so screechy. When I arrived I had to search for someone, anyone to check me in. Guess what, I had to call the owners and ask them where they were. What if I didn't have Thai sim card? They said they went outside but now they'd come back. Mhm... Nice. I booked this stay in advance, I left the message saying I'd arrive at 9 or so in the morning. I was told the check in is at 2pm. Ok, but I need to leave the bag at least (that's what we'd discussed before through our texting here on booking). So, ok. After all I was back at 2.15pm, and guess what? Yaaaay. The room wasn't ready. Mook (the owner) was washing the floor. I had doubts whether the bed sheets were clean or not. I was assured that of course everything's clean. Yeah... No. So, the whole stay you won't know actually whether you sleep on the same sheets after 15 guests or not. I suppose, yes. I was given two towels, two pieces of soap and two bottles of water (I have some doubts it was the original one. The bottles looked worn out. And the lid was easily opened.

The owner Mook was kind and polite. She gave me two small bars of soap, two bottles of water and two towels upon check-in. The only plus of the place is the location. Close to the bus terminal 1 and the clock, night market is near by too. The WiFi was good. I'd give it 4 out of 5. I used it a lot as I had to work. No major problems were spotted. Sometimes it would lose the signal, I suppose because the router was a bit far from my room.

    Nothing

Everything was good. The lady at the homestay was very gentle and helpful. The room was good, also the position near the clocktower. And also was very quiet and silent. I appreciate.
