It’s very close to a pub and they play loud music at night until around 10pm. We could barely have a good rest. Also, the AC in our room did not work very well.

Great central location. A few minutes walk from the train station after crossing the river. Minimart and night market a few minutes away on foot. Guesthouse is surrounded by eateries. Walkable to the historical sites. Host is very friendly and hospitable. She is always around to provide info. She arranged my river cruise and motorbike rental. Room is big and clean with refrigerator and a huge bed. Hot shower is available and AC works fine. Wifi connection is alright and one can access Netflix and YouTube on the TV.

Near to Ayuththaya town and van station. Room conditions are good and clean. Staff are very friendly and they have guidelines and information about Ayuththaya attractions. They rent bicycles for touring.

The lady who owned the hotel was very helpful and kind. Lovely lady! The room was clean and comfortable. You can also do your washing on-site for a small fee I think it was around 50 baht.

Great location, easy walk to historic park, night market and various restaurants, cafes, groceries in area. Area to dry clothes if needed. Not far from Van drop off area. Room was spacious, AC, fan, fridge, good wifi. Very kind host who will make recommendations if needed.

I recently stayed at Baan Bussara Hotel in Ayutthaya and had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the owner is incredibly lovely and hospitable, making sure all our needs were met with a warm smile. The room was very clean and comfortable, offering refreshments that were much appreciated after a day of exploring. The hotel also provides motorcycle and bicycle rentals at reasonable prices, which we found very convenient for getting around to Ayutthaya's attractions and local eateries. The location is central, yet the atmosphere is peaceful. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ayutthaya.

Absolutely nothing!

Outstanding budget guesthouse. My stay in Ayutthaya was enhanced by staying here. I hired a bicycle from them for day 1 to see ruins on central island. Boonrod, the owner organised a boat trip to see 3 excellent ruins/shrines and day 2 I hired a motorcycle from them to go to Summer Royal Palace and ruins outside the central island. Room, good size, big bathroom, fridge, fan, wifi. Comfortable bed, water & toilet paper left outside door each day. Near night market and mini marts. Boonrod has excellent English. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay 😃

Baan Bussara is in a good location, only a few minutes walk from a night street food market, and a great clean and reasonably priced noodles/stir fry restaurant across the road. It is also within walking distance of riverside restaurants. The room was a good size with a clean and tidy Thai-style bathroom and an additional small balcony to the back of the room for hanging clothes and drying towels. Both the room and balcony were very clean. The bed was comfortable, as was the additional bed provided for our daughter. There is an AC unit and a fan in the room. The owner of the guesthouse is very friendly and kind.

Comfiest beds so far in Thailand. Bike hire on site made visiting far-flung temples easy. Close enough to walk to the closest wats. Vegetarian food available at restaurants of Malakor and Heritage Indian. Would definitely use again. Walkable from the train station.

We really liked staying at Baan Bussara; the hostess Boonrod was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. The location is great for going to Ayutthaya historical park, and hiring bikes from the hotel made it much easier than walking there. Thank you, Boonrod 😊

Such friendly hosts! They set me up with a tuk tuk driver and I was able to do a three hour tour of the temples. She ordered a cab for me to go back to Bangkok and watched to be sure I left safely. I’m an older solo traveler and I felt quite safe there. The family was always set up in the courtyard. They lock the gate at 11 pm. My room was clean and quiet. Internet was perfect, When I needed to adjust my dates, she worked with me.
