This would be 10/10 review if it wasnt for 4 things. 1) There was a lot of dust in the room, as an asthmatic that wasnt good. 2) There was a lil bit of mould in the shower but in such a humid area thats expected i guess. 3) Antssssssss, those annoying lil buggers were a tad present but that is likely this time of year (May). Lastly #4) It wouldve been nice to have had a dooner/rug the size of the bed not two half ones :) Dont let these things stop you from booking though as honestly this place was perfect still :)

This place was increeeeedible! Such a good view and such good value for money. Staff were so helpful showing us where to hire bikes and how to get to each of the temples safely.

We were happy with our stay at Baan Keang Chon. The place is in close proximity with key tourist attractions, restaurants and cafés. The view of Wat Phutthaisawan is one of the highlights. Our host was eager to recommend us where to go, including a boat trip with a reasonable price. He was always available whenever we needed and also reserved a parking spot for us despite a limited space. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Truly exceptional host, recovered here after a motorcycle accident. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and never experienced anyone like this host who basically adopted us. Drove us around town, cooked lunch and completely refused payment for it... Felt like staying at your grandparents house! Absolutely lovely family.

Exceptional room (suite with river view) with an amazing view. We stayed there 2 nights and we spent a lot of time on the balcony looking over the river, with beautiful sunsets. Very relaxing place to stay at. Bike rental very near, and some restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a cute little family run hotel. It is on the riverfront and is conveniently located near restaurants and the Ayutthaya National Park. The service is excellent. The owner and his family were extremely helpful in planning our Ayutthaya stay. The pictures are exactly what you get.

We loved this property. The staff was super helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do around town and where to eat. The room was very nice. Loved having a balcony over the river. Got up for sunrise everyday to watch the sun come up over the temple across the river. Bed was very comfortable and they cleaned the room up a bit everyday while we were gone.

Top floor rooms heat up quite a bit, aircon needs some time to tone things down to a comfortable temp.

Well located small hotel with a really friendly owner. Small but comfortable rooms that are really clean. Wonderful view over the river and temple at a way cheaper price than some nearby properties. Bike rental at three minutes walk.

Lovely location by the river, beautiful place, comfortable bed and absolutely the best host. I was taken good care of all the time and got also help with renting the scooter and picking the best places to see in Ayutthaya. I also learned more about Thai language and they arranged me the best patongos in town for breakfast since they knew I love the Thai breakfast delight patongo :)

Quite hard to find, as the address provided on Booking.com took me to another hotel about 1/4 mile down the road... The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, which would have been nice on the terrace overlooking the river.

Excellent location facing the river, just on the edge of the Ayutthaya historical park. The host was very welcoming and spent time sharing with me the best temples to visit in Ayutthaya.

This is a cozy and relaxing place to stay at when visiting Ayutthaya, very close to the river and on the same street there are places to eat and drink for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is not far from the centre at all and even less if you book a tuktuk. The owner/staff were very kind and informative and helped us book a tuktuk to explore the temples on both days of our stay, as well as to organise a taxi to the next destination.

This property is run by the beautiful family and they are the best customers service. We had the best time but we had to leave very early for another plan. We are definitely going back and staying longer for the next time. Highly recommend

It can get quite noisy, as the walls are quite thin.

A lovely spot with a beautiful view and helpful staff. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed. It is also conveniently located, close to all the sites, as well as several restaurants and atreet food vendors.

There is only one thing that is not actually negative, but rather surprised us. Blankets do not have sheets, but are instead washed daily. Even knowing that it felt a bit weird cover with them.

The host is very welcoming and attentive and made us feel at home in an instant. He was also very helpful with suggestions where to eat and what is worth sightseeing. The room itself is pretty cool with amazing wooden floors and a balcony with a river view. The common area is spacious and also very stylish and a nice place just to hang around.

The check in was quick. The staff, owner were kind, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing, yet enjoyable. The air conditioning was cold, the shower very hot, and the entire room was so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The view of the water was breath taking and was worth the visit to this wonderful hotel. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to come and enjoy this hotel foe a couple of days to relax and decompress from life stressors. The street around the hotel was walkable and safe with many restaurants close by. I would rate this small hotel and its location an A+. Dr. JimK

The setting was exceptional and the views on the river of the passing working,and touring boats was interesting. Set across the road from a massive historical park. A camera man's dream. The host recommended a great evening restaurant and was ready to answer any questions you may have about the surrounding areas of historical information. All the staff were great in this homestay environment. We highly recommend the experience. Best to do walkabout once you have checked in as parking spots are limited and tight.
